The company was founded in 1996, as a New Jersey a computer services company, specializing in network system integration and IT consulting. n 1998 Sirius Technology purchased powersolution, a small web development firm thus forming pow​er​so​lu​tion​.com. This acquisition enhanced company’s range of services from supplying hardware, software and networking solutions, to custom web applications development.

Over the years company have evolved into a fully Managed IT services company, specializing in computer Network installation, server and systems monitoring and tech support services, with main focus on Small Business Computer Services throughout New Jersey and New York area.
