F O R C E Performance Training

Well, I didn’t know what to expect when I bought this Groupon online for personal training sessions. I honestly was scared that I would be in pain for many days to come, but I scheduled 3 personal training sessions during my week off from school. The facility is in a warehouse that has been converted into a fitness center. It has been used in the past for hs sports teams to train during the off season and for athletes to better their performamce. It is equipped with machines for cardio and weight training but also has a unique quality of a section of turf. There are no locker rooms our showers because the main goal is on the fitness, so no frills our robes.
Toni the receptionist and is very warm and helpful scheduling your workout sessions with Matt or the other trainers at this facility. They have spin classes, bootcamp, and personal instruction for us Gym challenged. They also offer sessions for kids.
Our trainer Matt, was very helpful in getting us started with different kinds of warm ups and circuit training. It was very different than what I was used and glad that I had the chance to kick start my gym rutt. Check out the Groupon if it is still up :). Oh by the way you will still be sore, but in a good way.
