We have bought a few cars here over the years but overall this is a place to stay away from. They never give you the best deal, we have always gotten a better deal from other Ford dealers. Twice, years apart, we went to see cars advertised on their website. Neither time they were there. Once a salesman took it for the weekend on vacation and once it hadn’t even shipped although it was listed in stock on their website. Generally I have found them classic shifty car dealers, «let me see what the manager can do», over and over.
Twice we asked for a bottom line on cars for our kids, we took that offer cross town and it dropped by over 2,000. They don’t seem to want to sell cars or even to be polite.

Other than trying to bill me for a loaner while my less than 12k mile vecicle was undergoing WARRANTY service; an okay experience. Scott, Eric, and my service tech Miles were top-notch in their concern and skill. So, I imagine the loaner issue is a dealer policy. I won’t ding ‘boots on the floor’ because of a short-sighted decision made by a ‘suit’ — so 4-stars to you guys. (1-star for the ‘suit’!)
