Description

Specialties

Comprehensive, thorough and affordable residential home inspections in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN and the surrounding Tennessee and Georgia counties.

Our focus is Home Inspections, but our passion is education. A principal goal of our inspections is to inform and teach the client, not only about the condition of the home at the time of inspection, but also the techniques to maintain the home. As part of the inspection we provide an industry leading home repair manual that can assist any home owner in maintaining and improving the condition of their home.

We love for our clients to participate in the inspection, to ask questions, and as a team, learn more about their home. We always treat our client’s as more than a number or a fee to be earned. We service our clients during and after the inspection, making special trips back to the inspected property to ensure the client has a full understanding of the properties condition.

We adhere to and exceed all of the Standards of Practice that govern the home inspector profession. Where the standards call for sampling, we make every effort to 100% test or inspect.
