I have traveled far and wide across TX from Luling to Lockhart for true pit BBQ. Never have I had meat that suffered from too much smoke until tasting Fay’s BBQ. The lady is nice as can be, but her prices are too high($ 14/lb) and her meat is just way, way too smokey. I can’t justify stopping again or recommending to others.
