Turley’s Tree Service

I needed some trees cut down at our new house & got several estimates. Josh with Turley’s Tree Service was one of the estimates. Turley’s was a very fair estimate, but, strapped for money so close to buying a new house, I went with the ridiculously cheapest Joe Blow with a chain saw. When Joe Blow with a chain saw came back to take down the trees, he brought a friend with him to help, who was lacking in people skills far worse than Joe Blow. I asked for a copy of their insurance before they began and got some attitude but they finally got me an emailed copy of somebody’s insurance they claimed was a business partner. I uncomfortably let them proceed. They left a HUGE mess… no chipper, no truck, no rake, no blower, no nothing but some enormous unsteadily stacked logs in the middle of the yard and left EVERYTHING else on the ground where it fell. It took us a month of weekends to clean up the limbs and move the logs to the back of the yard. The vibe wasn’t good from them that day; I was glad to see them go and uncomfortable confronting them about the mess. I’m home alone all day & I’ve seen Deliverance. ‘Nuff said.
When a neighbor needed a tree service, I recommended Turley’s Tree Service to her since I regretted not using them. Since they were in the neighborhood, I had them take down another tree in my yard. And it was a world of difference! They cleaned up! Chipped the branches and took them away in their truck with them! Even used a blower to clear the driveway. They were nice, here to do a good job and went above my expectations. Turley’s Tree Service is the only tree service I will use in the future.
