Hiram Nail Spa

I LOVE this place and the atmosphere! The salon is owned/​operated by 3 sisters (Jasmine, Mary & Bailey). The salon is large enough to accommodate all the business they get (and it stays pretty busy) but not so much that it doesn’t feel personable. The prices seem on par with other shops in the area. They stay packed and often times have bridal parties there getting prepped for the big day. If you are there on the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) I BEG you to call for an appointment first as being a walk-​in means that you will spend 20+ minutes waiting, if not longer. The shop speaks english so you don’t feel like someone is speaking about you behind your back. All of the technicians are knowledgable but some techs have more artist flair than others. I know they do provide waxing services & eyelash extentsions too. Bailey is one of the favorites (her personality & her work speak for themselves) from what I’ve noticed as people will wait to have their nails done by her. Always a great experience. All of the employees are extremely nice and accommodating. They do stay extremely busy, but with the ample amount of staff, the waits aren’t too bad. My nails always look great.

I stumbled across this place. I was out early shopping on a Sunday morning. When i seen this line forming at this salon. I counted there were 12 ppl in line before they opened. I have never seen this before anywhere. For me that means you have to be doing something right. So i decided to look them up on Unilocal before i went for service. I am glad i did. I took the advice about making an appointment. No wait at all. Excellent customer service

Made an appointment the day before based upon the reviews and the need to find a salon in my new area. Great experience! Every one was very professional and nice. Pam did a great pedicure/​gel polish manicure and I was out under 2 hours. Will definitely be back.

Today I went and got my nails done! I made an appointment with Bailey & was seated as soon as I got there even though I was super early! We chatted about everything & I absolutely love my nails! You can tell that she is all about nail care because she didn’t just throw acrylic on my nails she actually took off the ones that were lifting! I showed her the design that I wanted and she gave her input on adding glitter to one nail! I am so very pleased that I gave them another chance! I will be booking appointments with Bailey every other Wednesday! My mom has been going to this ship since she moved to GA about a year ago & now I can see why! Everyone is very friendly and they all do great work I just love the conversation with Bailey!

I went to this spa after reading and hearing of the great service and excellent jobs they did. I made an appointment with Mary, the owner because my nail beds are very different and if you are not careful on your job they will appear to go straight up into the air and be very wide at the ends. Well to get to my point, my nails are hard to do for most and I wanted someone who would listen and do a great job. I still had a wait for Mary who was already with an appointment. I explained to her what I wanted etc, her nail job was very good this time and my pedicure not over the top in my opinion that was done by another tech. I returned in about 3 weeks for fill in (gel) and another pedicure. Again made appointments for both and on a weekday. I waited over 20 minutes again. The guy who did my pedicure did ok, nothing special. Mary started my fill in after and was rushing because she had another appointment and was always greeting people at door etc. She actually didn’t finish the job but had her daughter apply coat over gel fill in. After returning home my husband as looking at them and noticed spots that were not smooth and areas missing clear coat. needless to say I was very disappointed with that trip especially when I have an appointment and pay over $ 50.00 for a fill in and reg pedicure. I have since taken them off and consider giving it one more try with appointment and also sharing my feed back with them as well!!! Hope this helps

What a great nail salon! Super close to my house. Called at 10:15 am on Saturday and was able to get an appointment for 11am. Salon was packed out! I was worried that I would have to wait but I waited maybe 5 minutes before. On top of that it only cost $ 20 for the French Manicure Gel fill in. One lesson I learned is that they really want you to tip with cash. Will definitely be back!

Super disappointed in my experience at Hiram Nail Spa. After reading reviews, I called an made an appointment. I waited 20 min in a very cramped waiting area and never got my service. I realize it’s a holiday weekend and it’s busy but why would I bother making an appointment if you aren’t going to be ready for me at the scheduled time? Never. Going. Back.

Listen here when I tell you, this shop is amazing. They know what they are doing.
Make an appt and experience a quick process. Don’t make a appt and you will find yourself standing at the door watching the rest of us walk in straight to a chair. But don’t worry if you have to wait, because it’s worth it. Trust me. They do a great job and that is why so many people come to this shop.
Word of caution: They are a little bit on the pricey side when it comes to what they charge for. For example, when I go in for a fill, I expect that to include a file and clip or whatever. But no, they charge extra for that, which I don’t understand. Regardless I still go and they always honor my appointment. OH! They speak great English and will not (for the most part) speak Korean to each other around the customers.

Today was my first time going and I must say they do an awesome job but more importantly their customer service was exemplary. I’ve been to many nail shops and Hiram Nail Spa is the best I’ve been to. Some shops make it known that it’s all about the money by their behavior but Hiram Nail Spa treats you more than just a person putting money in their pockets. They really want their customers to feel great and to have a wonderful experience. The owner or manager overheard me telling someone it was my first time coming and she thanked me for trying them out. This salon is by far the best. Its a little more on the expensive side but I’ll pay a bit more for good service. Thank you and I’ll definitely return.

Love this place! I’ve been a customer with these people since they were at their old location– they’re the best! They’re always such hard worker to make sure your nails look perfect. They are super friendly and they do AMAZING work! I always get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and that lasts for about 3 weeks with no chipping :). I have also had the false eyelashes put on before (by Mary) and they were AMAZING! They looked stunning and they lasted about two weeks. They’re perfect for a special occasion or just to have instead of wearing a hunch of mascara. Bottom line– I’ll never go anywhere else, this place is the best!

Love this place… yes it’s busy;however it’s because they do a great job. Also they don’t try to also add an extra service. Great prices and friendly staff. Just love service and my nails always like amazing

Went here for the first time on yesterday (Sunday). This place has become extremely busy due to its location. The shop’s décor is nice and it seems clean. Pam did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Mary did my fill on my nails and was just an ok job… she rushed through because she was so busy and distracted by everyone who came in. I normally get my eyebrows done too but didn’t want to have to wait more because they were so busy. Would go back for pedi but not nails.

I give this place 5 stars. New salon, new spa equipment, nice jazz music playing. More modern than other salons in the area. Very affordable, may be because it just opened, but only $ 20 for a classics pedicure which includes exfoliation with sugar scrub and massage. Most places charge around $ 22-​$ 25.

Another fabulous experience getting the nails beautified! Happy staff and happy clients make for a relaxing time. Mary and team do a wonderful job!

My daughter and I enjoy going to this nail salon, because of the atmosphere the women there provide. I did appreciate that they did not have personal conversations in their native language. They have been open for about 1 month and we have already been there several times. The only downside is that this business probably grew faster then they anticipated, so they are a little understaffed. If you are pressed for time, I would recommend making an appointment.
1^st Edit: I still love this place, but I have to update my review, because there are changes worth mentioning. They have hired more people in an attempt to meet the demand, which is good, but some of them carry on with conversations in their native language while working on me, and that really bothers me.

BEST IN HIRAM! I have been unhappy with all of the places here in Hiram except for this one! No joke! I have tried them all, with my nails are crooked, cuticles look untouched, feet still have calluses, terrible paint jobs, etc… NOT HERE! Jasmine & Mary really took their time. Mary did a fill and a manicure, absolutely perfect. She even asked me if I saw anything before moving on. The fill took maybe 15 minutes, then painting & drying of course. I tried the Woman’s herbal pedicure. Jasmine, was wonderful! Super thorough and the massage was great! The smell was amazing and extremely relaxing. All of the ladies conversed in English, they were funny and wonderful all around. The entire shop was clean and looked great. My wait was 3 – 5 minutes. The customer service was a 5 star. This was a great experience and I will be a returning customer indefinitely!
