Wow, I feel so blindsided by this company and it has really left a bad taste in my mouth. We are direct TV customers and the only reason we switched to at&t was because of that. We came to the store and had a great experience and i was really impressed. We got our new phones and ever since then it has been completely shocking. The people in the store don’t have any idea what is going on! We were told one thing and as soon as we signed the contract and got the first bill very soon after that all the confusion began! We were told that we would receive $ 600 in bill credits. Got the first bill and called about it and we were told our account needed to be in good standing for 45 days. Ok, no problem. I paid 2 cell phone bills that month totaling almost $ 500. Then the next month rolls around and another bill comes in. Called about it again and was told well, your account needs to be in good standing for 90 days. Um, ok. Now i am stuck with $ 550 worth of cancellation fees and a $ 206 cell phone bill. Plus the person who signed us up never cancelled all the phone lines so I will have another $ 130 bill with verizon next month too! I am beyond frustrated and I totally feel like I was blindsided. Now I am paying 2 cell phone bills for 3 months in a row. I don’t know about you but I don’t have money to throw out the window! I only… ONLY did this because we are direct TV customers and there was a promotion. I haven’t had any problems with the service but this is just ridiculous. Why was I not informed of any of this when we signed our contract?! We were told that we could use the $ 600 in bill credits towards our cancellation fee with Verizon. How am I supposed to do that if it takes forever to get it?! I don’t even want bill credits, I am just trying to pay Verizon the cancellation fee! I never would have switched if I knew it would be this much trouble and I have regretted this decision every month since. I am surprised that a company as awesome as Direct TV is associated with this! I don’t think I am asking for a lot. I just want what was promised to me in the store to pay the company I left to come to you!

I was visiting from out of town. I live in Boston. I stopped into this location because my sister broke her phone and needed to purchase a replacement. Everyone in this store was so helpful. This is truly an awesome staff. My sister was so angry when she arrived and was laughing within minutes because of the funny antics of one of the employees. They seem to all work well together. It was a pleasure visiting this location.

If you want the absolute WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE in the world… This is your store. It honestly makes me want to throw up that I even had to give this pathetic store one star. I don’t even care that the service is bad or that my bill is constantly $ 150+ higher than it should be a month. My problem is the fact that the retail manager is rude, not helpful, and clearly doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Stay away from this store. They will only screw you over!
