History

Established in 2010.

After initially being named Air Fitness, which was strictly personal training, we expanded our services to customers. We now offer personal training, fitness classes, nutritional counseling services, and childcare. We also increased the number of hours that we are open to better accommodate to our clients.

Great gym and way of doing business. Personal trainers are so expensive and regular gyms don’t give me a great workout. Spark is the best of both worlds in that you pay a monthly fee and get semi-​personal training at a very reasonable cost. Brad, Ryan, and Ted are all great trainers and make sure you get enough personal attention so that you maximize your workout. I would highly recommend for someone that wants personal training without the huge cost!
