Established in 2009.
CJ services was started in 2009 after the housing bubble burst. Jim Leipart, a certified plumber and HVAC technician went on his own to start his own business after 18 years in the trade.
Since it’s first day, C&J services has grown from just a 1 man plumbing company to a multi division company servicing homes and businesses throughout the South, southwest and western suburbs.
C&J services has multiple service trucks on call 24 hours a day equipped to handle any heating, air conditioning or plumbing issues.

Business Owner
Jim Leipart, a 18 year veteran in the trades grew up in the Oak lawn area. A sports enthusiastic, Jim is a huge Blackhawks fan and frequents games often. Father of 3 and married of 7 years, Jim is nothing less than a hard working family man.
Jim is a hands on owner, overseeing all area of the business he grew and loves, C&J services.
