History

Established in 1989.

Cesario & Walker has attorneys with over 60 years of legal experience. It represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including divorce, custody, child support etc., personal injuries, business disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and will give second opinions to those concerned or dissatisfied with their current attorney. Licensed in the state of Illinois, our attorneys are also certified trial lawyers of the federal district court. Each of our lawyers annually participates in continuing legal education so you can be assured that they are knowledgeable of the current legal trends and changes in the law.

Dan Walker Jr. is a trial attorney with 35 years of experience. He has tried cases in Cook, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane and Lake County. He understands that an attorney must be aggressive, pragmatic, and results oriented. He has helped many clients navigate and use the court system to achieve their goals.

Dan is a believer in communication between client and attorney. He believes that trust in your lawyer is of the utmost importance.
