History
Established in 2012.
Café La Fortuna is the first retail coffee bar and roaster in the United States. Our coffee comes from our plantation in Chiapas called Finca La Fortuna which was established in 1908. Alejandro is the co-founder of Café La Fortuna, a third-generation coffee grower, exporter, roastmaster, and barista. We do sustainable farming practices with an interesting inventory of native trees, birds, and wild life within our property limits.
