Atlas Biomechanics is a woman owned sports medical manufacturer of heat moldable custom orthotics, heel lifts and foot products. Our heat moldalbe orthotics allows you to fabricate a direct contact custom orthotic in about 10 minutes without messy casts or expensive lab fees. Our heel lifts come in 3 mm, 6 mm, and 9 mm heights. We also make an adjustable heel lift with a built in heel wedge (varus or valgus). Our foot products include corn pads, callus pads, adjustable crest pads and metatarsal pads (dancer’s and sesamoid). These prevent foot callus and corns on feet. They are not callus removers.

History

Established in 2010.

Atlas Biomechanics is a woman owned sports medical manufacturer located in Oak Brook, IL. We manufacture heel lifts 3 mm (¹⁄₈ inch), 6 mm (¼ inch), 9 mm (³⁄₈ inch) heel lifts and an adjustable heel lift with a built in heel wedge (either varus or valgus) called the Triple V Heel Lift. We also produce heat moldable, direct contact custom orthotics in sports or dress models. Our foot product line prevents foot callus and corns on feet, not callus removers.

Atlas Biomechanics also distributes kinesio tape, athletic tape and ankle braces.
