History

Established in 1992.

Ashley’s Personalized Papers was established in 1992 as a home business in Western Springs. As the business grew and Ashley’s children were in full time school, it was a perfect opportunity for a retail location. Ashley opened a her store in January of 2000 in the downtown village of Clarendon Hills. She renamed the business to Ashley’s Custom Stationery & More and has created a charming boutique full of darling gifts, accessories for the home, and extensive lines of invitations, stationery and personalized items that are sure to be enjoyed. Ashley’s retail boutique has now been open for 15 years. Currently Ashley’s team is composed of Ashley, her store manager of 13 years and 3 stellar long term sales associates.

Ashley was raised in Hinsdale. Went to grade school. Jr, and High school all in Hinsdale. Majored in advertising at SMU in Dallas and loved being creative. Worked for Grey Advertising, married had 4 children meanwhile started her in home business of calligraphy for wedding invitations. After 3 of 4 kids were in full time school she open her first retail store and now it has grown over the years to her store in downtown Hinsdale.
