Watching Toy Story 3 at the amphitheater at the Hingham Shipyard with my 6 year old son. If only a waitress from the Hingham Beer Works could bring me a pint. Oh well, still awesome way to spend a summer evening.

«The Launch» is really a beautiful place… nice mixed use development that features a marina, condos, retail, office spaces, restaurants, and even a cinema. It’s layout, however, is somewhat confusing. In some areas it tries to be a small town square, while in other areas there are free standing stores like The Fresh Market and Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
While retail choices are a little lacking here, there is a nice selection of restaurants. In fact, between the restaurants, bars, and cinema it’s more of an entertainment complex than a shopping center. The fact that it’s accessible by two forms of transit (ferry and bus) is nice as well.
