Otis & Associates, P.C. specializes exclusively in family law matters. Our attorneys practice in Plymouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, Middlesex and Barnstable counties. Attorney Gail Otis previously practiced with a Boston family law firm; she also was the Chief Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. In addition, Attorney Otis has been appointed as a Guardian ad Litem in over 50 cases involving custody, removal, parental access, and elder law matters.

Attorney Katie Lenihan joined Otis & Associates, P.C., in 2004 and also focuses exclusively on family law matters.

Otis & Associates, P.C., was established in 2004 as the Law Office of Gail P. Otis, LLC, which became Otis & Associates, P.C., in 2008.

Attorney Otis received a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, and a juris doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She was a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court from 1997 – 1998, serving in Middlesex, Plymouth, Barnstable, Worcester, and Suffolk counties. From 1998 – 1999, she served a one-​year term as Chief Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. In 1999, she began practicing as an associate attorney with the Boston firm White, Inker, Aronson, P.C., where she focused exclusively on family law matters. In 2004, Attorney Otis established the Law Office of Gail P. Otis, LLC which became Otis & Associates, P.C. on August 1, 2008.
