Meara Image Auto Detailing

I basically just needed a wax and I received that. My windows were cleaned with a dirty or greasy rag and I can correct that easily. Lots of smudge. I’m missing a $ 2 item in my car and I can replace that easily, too. It was ok but have experienced better. Thank you for your hard work.

Great facility and great people. The entire team has been professional and took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. They offer a wide range of services in addition to detailing that I was able to take advantage of as well. Specifically, I worked with Chris and Sam and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I went to Meara Image for a hand wash of my new car. The technician did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back!

I got an exterior detail. Retail price of $ 120 and they were nice enough to clean the inside for an additional $ 5.
For months now I’ve been in search of a detailing place that could remove a minor scratch on my car. My car is pretty clean just this one scratch and they said they could remove it. despite the fact that everyone else said they couldn’t remove it, I gave them a try. And scratch is still there.
So I’m a little disappointed, however the customer service was great and my car was ready when they said it would be. Total time spent 7 hours. C– for Meara Image because you didn’t fix what you said you would. Dishonest and overpriced.

Chris treats my Porsche like it’s his own car. My car looks awesome, I totally trust his team. Best detailing I have ever used.

I ended up purchasing the Groupon. I called and because they had so many people purchase the Groupon, their next opening was for the following week, which was ok with me. They gave me the option of dropping off the car Tuesday night (they have a mail slot where you can drop your key). When I picked up my car later the following afternoon, it the outside looked almost as shiny and new as when I first got the car. The inside was almost spotless. The trunk had a couple spots that could have been vacuumed a little better but it was really two little spots. Considering how good of a deal it is, I’m more than happy with their service! I’ll probably purchase one for my husband’s car.

Forget the bad reviews. The service was super, and the job they did on my car was excellent.

This was among the worst service experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in England (where poor service is a standard). The quality was reasonable but I feel like I could have had a better job done by 10 my neighborhood kids 20 dollars to clean up my car I also had to drive 30 miles out of the way to get here the show up for 7:30 a. m, (so I could wait 4 hours for the work to be completed) and they didn’t show up until 745.
Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend recommend giving this place your business.
They may be good at something that is not auto detailing or customer service.

I bought a Groupon for a full detail at Meara Image. The customer service was great, they were so friendly! My car was finished on a Friday afternoon, and I wasn’t able to pick it up until Saturday. They parked it outside and had no problem with me picking it up later. When I got there, they handed me the keys and that was it! No hassle. My car looks amazing, so shiny, and the floor mats were spotless! I will definitely go back.

I bought a Groupon for my small SUV and Meara Image did a great job inside and out. The car is 10 years old and I haven’t done much to it other than the car-​wash vacuum — so there was a ton of dust and dirt and gravel in the little crannies the car-​wash vacuum wont reach, plus coffee drips and gps rings and dog noseprints on the glass. The interior was immaculate when I picked it up — no drip marks, windows clean, gravel gone. They moved all of my change from the tray into the center console so they could clean there thoroughly. It even appears they vacuumed the door pockets. My steering wheel (which I have never conditioned) is smooth now. I also had a scratch and paint transfer on my passenger door from a fender-​bender, and they removed the paint and scratches so the damage is now barely visible. I would certainly buy a Groupon here again and might even consider paying full price. Only giving 4 starts because appointment took so long to schedule, and when I tried to call I got a couple of messages that their mailbox was full and then the line made a sound like it was disconnected. This was resolved in a couple of days.

My car came back cleaner, but certainly not to the detail level described. Really no better than one of those $ 20 drive through washes that vacuums the car for you as it passes through.

I agree with previous posters that I would like to give this place ZERO stars. I also bought a $ 69 Groupon, but I don’t think the job they did was worth $ 30. I’ve been wanting to get my car detailed for ages, and this seemed like a great deal. There are stains on my passenger seat, and these guys claimed that they were going to get rid of the stains. They didn’t even get rid of the dirt in cracks on the dashboard! I don’t even think they did more than wipe the inside of my car down with a wet paper towel. It was so disappointing, especially because I drove from Somerville down there. Also, I was told that it would take 2 hours if I showed up by 9am. When I showed up by that time, I was told that my car wouldn’t be read until 2 or 3pm! I complained and got them to finish it by 1:30 (obviously not well though). Please do not go here!!!

Getting my car done was a HUGE pain. With the last Groupon they put out I boutght one. It took 3 MONTHS to get an appointment and when I went in for the time they slotted me for they told me to come back in a few hours because a «regular» needed to come in ahead of me, earlier than originally planned. Awful customer service. The car looked fine but don’t expect a car «detailing». Read the fine print.

Poor Workmanship and Quality Control! I purchased a Groupon for a full detail. When I went to pick up my car there was still bug debris on the front, they did not clean any of the door frames, the back bumper was still dirty and there were water spots. They appeared to have only waxed part of the vehicle. When asked if they did the roof, the technician said, «I never do the roof.» Really??? Luckily Groupon refunded my money.

I used my groupon yesterday at Meara and the detail was wonderful. I was VERY skeptical about going after reading all the terrible reviews but was definitely pleased with my suv when I picked it up. I did mention to them when I dropped it off that I had TONS of yellow lab hair throughout the car and I would pay a bit extra ($ 25 which is what other places have charged me) to ensure that I noticed a difference when I picked up my car. Well let me tell you, there was more than a difference. All that yellow hair was practically gone (it is impossible for it all to be vacuumed up) just a few stray hairs here and there… car looked and smelled like new. Will be going back in the future!

just got my car back (jeep liberty)… they did a fantastic job. and Matt, the guy i dealt with was extremely nice and very helpful. highly recommended!
