I love this place. Bright facility with all you need for functional training.

They moved the treadmills! And they really do a good job or creating a personal environment and make it a point to know your name which is nice! Great personal training! Highly recommend it! A little more boot camp action would be great.

The management is poor (this is coming from someone who has never taken to the internet to write a bad review). I tried to voice my concerns over a couple issues and never got a response. For example, I paid HUNDREDS of dollars for a personal training package — the trainer was great. However, the management LOST the folder with my workouts in it, meaning I was left without anything to work from. And, there wasn’t an apology or solution offered — except to buy another session.
Separately, I asked again and again about options for people who work during the day (shocker!) Classes, group training, etc. No response. In person and email.
I then tried to cancel my membership, which required that I go there in person to fill out a blank form with a series of open ended questions. Real glad I took the time to do that, because no one ever contacted me or followed-​up.
It’s totally clear that they don’t care about customers or feedback. Sure, the facility is nice, but I’d rather go someplace that actually valued my feedback vs somewhere that just looks pretty.

Joined a month ago and still loving it. It’s clean and well set up. Machines are always available, I have never had to wait. Nice atmosphere & mix of the serious and not so serious gym goer.
It would get five stars if there were a steam room or sauna.

I love this gym! Everytime I go in here it’s very clean. The locker rooms are well maintained and have everything you need in nice baskets. It’s usually quiet which makes it easy to do your workout without having to wait. The staff are very friendly and the trainers are really helpful, supportive and knowledgable. They also offer a TON of classes at really convient times. Every time I go in they seem to be going out of their way to make sure I have a good experience which is really nice. This gym is worth every penny!

I’m updating my review to 4 stars. I’ve really been enjoying the music in here lately. It almost makes me wonder if someone read my review and made a change. Also, I went to a yoga class here last night and really enjoyed it.
