I’ve had a totally different experience than the other reviewers. We hired Tom to help a mama raccoon and her 4 young to move on from our yard. Ultimately, mission accomplished in 2 days. It was done humanely and professionally. I have zero problem with the work that was done. Raccoons gone. Tom can’t control animal behavior, but he can advise on it and get us to our goal.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT with Animal Encounters. We called this company to help us capture a raccoon. This Tom individual set a trap above our garage roof. It was set up very poorly and unprofessional, and we later found out he was in violation with the way the trap was set up. There was nothing to protect our roof shingles from the animal if the animal was ever caught, which in our case, the animal was NEVER caught. He placed a can of cat food inside the trap and then he returned without our knowledge and placed another can of cat food and left the old can of cat food inside the trap that stood inside the trap for over two weeks, so you can only imagine the insect maggots that accumulated. He never returned our phone calls. He took our money and we never heard from the guy.
