Joe DuBois

Joseph DuBois is an undergraduate of the The Citadel’s class of 2000. While attending The Citadel, Joe was company commander and a member of the Summerall Guard. Upon his graduation and receipt of a degree in Civil Engineering, Joe attended law school at the University of South Carolina. After graduation and passing the South Carolina Bar Exam in 2003, Joe clerked for the Honorable Paul E. Short, Junior, first at the 6^th Judicial Circuit and later at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Following the completion of these clerkships, Joe began private practice in the Charleston area, representing clients in a wide variety of matters. In 2010, Joe began practicing law in the Hilton Head Island area.

Zach Naert

Zach is bilingual and primarily practices timeshare litigation, family law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment law, and real estate-​related litigation. He was raised in the Lowcountry and educated at Winthrop University and the Charleston School of Law.
