First of all this salon is way overpriced. Second the women in there are rude, snobby, judgmental, and racist. I’ve heard and seen some pretty nasty things from these women. Third, they don’t even do a good job at doing your hair! Serious waste of money and time.

If you are a visitor be prepared to pay high dollars for little service. I ask for a hair cut and style. I was there for twenty six minutes. I barley got my hair wet much less any kind of massage or conditioner. I took a picture of the style I was looking for but got nothing like it. No product was used my hair was flatter when I left than when I got there. Jeanne was given good reviews so I choose her. I am very disappointed in the service I received from a «full service» salon.

Honestly, I could not say enough great things about this salon! Jeanne really knows her stuff, she is attentive, kind and above all else gets it right EVERY time! I’ve been there numerous times for color, cuts and waxing, and each time was a great experience!!! I have since moved to Philly, but I will be making an appointment for a wedding I’m attending in HHI this summer.
