I am very disappointed in the customer service that my husband and I received at Cross Island medical center. The Drs were great but everything else was a disaster. They were very disorganized and It seemed like everyone wasn’t communicating and stepping on everyone’s toes. We arrived at their center at 9am and didn’t leave till 1pm. They then proceeded to send our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and then it took 3 hours to get that straightened out to the correct pharmacy and then we find out that they forgot to send half the scripts we needed. We then had to wait another hour for those scripts to get to the pharmacy and be filled. Communication needs to drastically improve amongst the staff. It was a complete mess. We wasted a whole day when all this shouldn’t haven’t taken more than 3 hours. Left the house at 830am and didn’t get home until 5pm. Utter nightmare. Very disappointed and do not plan to go to them again after this experience.

Horrible customer/client service. No one greets you or even turns around to awknowledge your presence at the front desk. I had a follow up appointment scheduled and when I got there, the sign read closed. About 4 or five people were behind the window and not one of them paid attention to the clients waiting. Then they proceeded to say they didnt have my appoinment, they asked when it was made and I said«I made my appointment with you«, to which the girl replied«maybe I forgot to put it in, I do that sometimes«. Are you kidding me? On my first visit I over heard them discussing other patient’s private issues right in front of me. Also when I made my first visit a male nurse came into my exam room during my appointment asking the head doctor for change for $ 5. The doctor then told him to get out. I was shocked.
