European-trained Chef Claude and Uli have been pleasing American diners since making the United States their home many years ego.
Chef Claude, a native of Normandy, France has cooked in some of the world’s best kitchens, including Maxim’s in Paris, the Connaught (Chef
Saucier) in London and Ernie’s in San Francisco.
Claude uses only fresh and highest quality ingredients to create
the the wonderful food for which he received numerous accolades.

Business Owner
Claude’s background, enhanced by exceptional experience, helped prepare him for a life of fine food. His French mother and Italian father had a farm in Normandy, France. He was the youngest of 13 children. Unlike his
brothers who joined his father’s construction business, he found himself
happier helping his mother in the kitchen. They raised everything they ate,
with family and workers there were always nearly 30 people at the kitchen
table. After his formal training in Normandy he worked in Switzerland,
Bermuda and England. Living and working in different countries has had a significant influence on his cooking style, as well as the flavors
he is drawn to.
