Carolina Crab Company is located in the old Captain Woody’s spot in Palmetto Bay Marina and is the latest offering from the Reilley’s Group. Thomas, Brendan and Keith Reilley as well as Chef Shawn Ross have joined forces to bring locals and visitors great food at an affordable price. With raised ceilings, distressed wood, and memorabilia from Hilton Head’s earlier years, you may be transported to a more relaxing time in the Lowcountry, where a day spent on the water was as important as the cold beer afterwards.
An outside bar boasts water views perfect to gaze at while sipping an after dinner night cap. By nature, the location and name giveaway the fact that the menu offers an array of seafood which can be prepared in a light and healthy way or for those who wish to treat themselves — as a giant po’boy and fries! There is plenty of turf to go with the surf as well, so if a burger or prime rib is preferred over lobster and crab legs, you will not leave unsatisfied.

History
Established in 2014.
Carolina Crab Company was founded by Thomas, Brendan and Keith Reilley along with Chef Shawn Ross. The Reilleys are know Island wide for great local restaurants and bars including Reilley’s Grill and Bar, Reilley’s North End Pub, Aunt Chilada’s Easy Street Café, The Crazy Crab on Jarvis Creek, The Crazy Crab in Harbour Town and The Boardroom Late Live Music venue in Reilley’s Plaza.
