Nicole is an experienced massage therapist as well as a wonderful esthetician! She is detail– oriented and can always find the exact areas of my body that need relief. Her spa is comfortable and clean. I always feel like Nicole will stop everything to figure out my needs and help me. She knows her products and always gives me updated information on the newest and most effective products out there to keep my body healthy. I love this spa and Nicole!

Both my wife and I go to Nicole for our monthly massages. She is so friendly, it seemed like we’d known her for years. She always does the massage exactly how you ask and lets you know if she feels you need more in a certain area. She also does facials, and gave me a sample facial exfoliation that led me to purchase some product from her. She now has services at her home spa and near downtown Hilo. I highly recommend her.

Nicole is awesome! I have a hectic schedule so I always try to fit in my waxing, facials, or massages in last minute and she works with me to find a date and time! Seriously I would text her in the morning and she would find me an opening or take me on her breaks! She’s quick and clean with brazilians as well as waxing legs, underarms and face and never double dips sticks. I highly recommend her massages and ashiatsu is great too! Also Nicole well remember conversations you had with her and doesn’t treat you like just another customer and then forgets about you. Her prices are great and you can request a type of music for her to play on pandora!

Nicole is a cool chic, so down-to-earth and easy to get along with. Went in for a series of steam sessions to detox. Quiet, relaxing location next to her home. Great menu of services and she sells OkaB. footwear. Comfortable sandals with bling!

I have the most temperamental skin and need extreme help from aestheticians. Due to frequent job relocation, I’ve experienced shopping for skin professionals in Orange County, San Jose, Sacramento, and Honolulu. After recently moving to Hilo, HI, a small town on the Big Island, I was afraid the selection of skin care would be SLIM. I was very fortunate to find Wrapture. Nicole runs her business from a comfortable and charming salon next to her house. Though small, Nicole is AMAZING. Her years of experience are apparent in the work she does and advice she gives. Her prices can’t be beat and she has a generous loyalty program. I’ll be returning to Nicole every month from now on and will definitely see her for massages too.

As part of my husbands Big Island Birthday Surprise, I booked a facial and massage for him with Nicole after having read S. M’s review. We arrived 20 minutes late(a lot of unexpected road work along the drive from Honokaa) but we were still greeted with a friendly and warm welcome by a very energetic Nicole and her assistant Noe. Upon booking husband’s appointment Nicole had informed me she was a one-man-show, so I was content to sit and read my book while husband received his birthday massage. To our surprise, she offered to alternate services for the both of us! There were two tables in one big room; you could say we received a couples massage. And Nicole’s surprises did not stop there. While I enjoyed the steam tent Nicole was able to work out husband’s bad neck kink he had been complaining about for the last two months. Then husband was under the steam tent while I received a soft facial from Noe and a deep leg and foot massage from Nicole — double happiness! Nicole then went back to husband and gave him a relaxing facial while he was under the steam tent — double bliss for him. We then both received a sugar foot scrub and I an additional hand and scalp massage. Wow, needless to say we both walked out of there«noodled» and the final surprise was the very price friendly tab!

While looking for a spa in Hilo other than at our hotel, I came upon Nicole’s well-appointed web site. She offers massage, waxing, facial and other services out of her spa. It’s in a residential area; in fact, it’s in part of a house(though a distinct unit, with a waiting area and two treatment rooms). While I was still at home I had arranged appointments(via text) with her for myself and my boyfriend. I’d originally planned a facial as well as a massage but then thought that sun, salt and sand might not be good on a freshly tenderized face, so I called with more than 24 hours notice to change and there was no problem. We kept the massages: the Signature for bf and the Ultimate for me. He was a bit wary of having anything done, but changed his mind afterwards: «It was so relaxing that I put my [collared] shirt on backwards!» My massage was an extensive treatment, including a dry-brush of the skin, a steam tent(bring a bathing suit if you’re modest), and massage service(75 minutes all told). hawaii is definitely the setting for a massage therapist: who needs new Age background CDs when you have tropical bird sounds outside your window? The setting was very nice; the waiting room and treatment room were a bit warm(but it was a muggy, rainy day). Overall, a rejuvenating service, for both of us. Thanks, Nicole!
