I remember when I first met Lucena, she was always the first at work and many times the last to leave. Her dedication impressed me. The more I spoke with her the more I was intrigued by her knowledge of real estate. When she told me she could remember when the contracts were only one page I was really impressed because I knew she couldn’t have been out of diapers for very long before falling in love with real estate. She really taught me a lot about things like short sales, and marketing listings that were her little secrets. Lucena was truly a force in my life even if she is so much younger then myself. As a matter of fact Lucena even helped me in the sales of personal properties and those of family. So when I decided to retire I knew there was no one I would turn my clients over to but Lucena. I knew my clients could count on her to fight for the best purchase prices, top dollar sales, and fight battles for all my clients to make sure they had the best. And she never forgets her clients long after the transactions are over. I bet she still communicates with her first clients she ever had. That’s Lucena not just a realtor but also a good island friend.
