these guys are complete crooks, I can’t believe that I let them rob me blind!

Receptionist was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help me. She didn’t offer me a place to sit while I was waiting with my newborn baby. I don’t understand how employees feel so entitled to be rude to customers.

this dealer is a bunch of thief’s crooks and liers. after not sending me my plates for two months, they call me and tell me that i owe them $ 80 because they messed up and got me new plates and did not transfer the old plates as we had arranged to do. i will never go back here and i do not recommend anyone to route 22 toyota. if you go here they will screw you.

I wish I read reviews about the place before I went here… I hate my car and the Sales Manager Omar seemed nice at first and then showed his true colors. He never calls me back, I haven’t received my plates and it’s been three weeks, my alignment is off on my NEW CAR, je lied about the gas milage, and basically he made me feel like a number and not a person. Go anywhere but here!

All car salesman are crooks they are out there to get you, you are going to get rip off anywhere you buy any car! Used or new don’t matter. This Toyota is no exception, I bought a car from here a few years back, I was so naïve and gullible, we agree on a set price, so I sign the paper without thoroughly going through it, my dumb mistake, they changed the apr, added much of dealer fees, extended warranty, gap insurance etc, I was so pissed off afterward, had to fight to get it removed, a long and tiring process. Recently I bought another car here, this time I did my homework on the car, and price, save me a lot of headache and frustration, I knew I could’ve bargain a bit lower, but I don’t have the time and patience to play these stupid games with them. So we came to a agreement and bought the car. I was satisfied, happier than last time. I guess it’s class action lawsuits they had, so they changed their tactics. Would I buy again, probably yes, but be warned, make sure you are prepared, don’t let them pressure you, read everything, and know what the car is worth, you can research online sites like truecar Edmound kbb etc. and if they won’t budge simply walk away, try another Toyota few miles down, there are a lot of Toyota dealerships in the tri state.

This place is a joke ! rude managers. dirty show room and rest rooms! if i can give it less than one star i would do… save your slef the money and the bad experince and go to a real Toyota dealer …

The first time I went to them to buy a car in 2014, I had an ok experience for my first time buying a car. I recently went back November 2014 to buy a new car after having a car accident and loosing the first car I bought. This second time around was horrible!!! I had them transfer the plates from the old car to the new car. They were suppose to mail me my new registration stickers and had it not been for me to call them I would of never known that they had them at the store. I asked to have them mailed because I drove from Long Island to New Jersey. My registration and temporary plates expired and had it not been for calling I wouldn’t have gotten them. I now have to wait to get them in the mail so I can use my car. All in all if your going to do business with them you have to stay on top of them.

Genero and Benjamin were absolutely AMAZING!!! My Fiancé and I came in to buy a Camry but was brought down reality when we found out it was Not in our budget. However, Instead of Benjamin & Genero dismissing us like poor peasants or pressuring us to still purchase a car we couldn’t afford; they simply were very patient with us as we decided to downgrade to an affordable car as we inquired about the 2015 Corolla. As a result, we leased that exact model & make and this is ONLY due the the PATIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE that was provided to US by BENJAMIN & GENERO!!! Go Visit them RIGHT NOW!!!

I know the reviews so far have been pretty negative, but this is my third car purchase and it was the easiest of the 3, my cousin brought me here because she got a great deal here last year and so did I. I found the car I wanted at a price I couldn’t refuse, Omar Awaedeh was great, explained everything and even knocked a little off the price (so car was an even better deal than I expected) the car buying/​financing process is long no matter where you go, but I couldnt be happier with my experience here and I recommend others to give it a run.

I was not there long, so I’ll be brief:
Bottom line: they tried to pressure me into a credit check to test drive a car. Apparently you only qualify to buy a Toyota there if you are interested enough to be vetted for their financing.
I drove off in the Prius I bought outright a few years ago.

These guys are the most sorry excuse for a car dealership that I have ever encountered!
I talked to the internet sales person (Selena) on the phone and told her that I am looking for a Black 2014.5 Camry SE with a moonroof. I explained to her that I had already test driven the car at another dealership but they did not have Black.
She assured me that if I come down, they would match my deal and that the car that I want would be sitting in front of the store when I got there. I told her that I could be there right away, but please don not have me come all of the way there and then tell me that I can’t get my payment. She again assured me that I came to the right place because they don’t haggle people.
So I drove there only to find that she did not talk to anyone about me coming. When I got with a salesman, he tried to get me to take a deal with payments of $ 70 more. So I told him that Selena promised me my deal on the phone, he didn’t accept that.
Next, I asked him to get the manager and pull up the tape of our conversation since that tape for quality assurance. To my surprise they did! He and the Manager came back after an hour and said that they reviewed the tape and they apologized because the conversation went just as I had said.
However, they would not honor the deal. I was there two hours. The manager still tried to talk me up to $ 50 higher per month. I asked him did he care about the reputation of his shop and he extended his hand to shake. So I left.
As I look at all of the negative reviews that this dealership has, I can see that they do not care. Their customer service is horrible! Don’t waste your time.

The worst, most deceptive, time consuming and dishonest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Stay far away.

This place has been the worst Toyota dealership and worst car shopping experience. It’s a long story, so you can stop here and never walk into this place, or you can continue reading and never walk into this place. Either way, to save your money and time, don’t make the mistakes that we did.
It all started in April, 2013. My family and I went there to get a «brand new» 2013 Corolla. We were new to the area and needed a car fast. We chose Toyota because we had a Tundra which my dad bought in Dayton, OH and he loved it. Plus, I had employee discount through my company.
My salesman was Jimmy, he was actually the only nice one. After being there for 5 hours, mostly waiting, the deal was settled. As my dad and I were doing all the paperwork, my mom and my wife were outside and they spotted scratches on the top of the trunk. Yes, we did a test drive and examined the car, but there were just a few spots including the top of the trunk were covered by the white seals. They didn’t take off the seals until later. So, we went out. Jimmy, the salesman, could also see them and he went in to get his manager, Carlos.
Here came Carlos and screamed, «I know people like you! People who work for the government, policemen, all come here with employee discount! I am not making any money off you so this is what you deserve!» What the heck! First, I don’t work for government and second, why would I deserve a brand new car with obvious multiple scratches? I was holding it because I didn’t want to lose it in front of my family. So, my wife went ahead and talked to him. Then, he said, «you people are so picky! Just go and check every car here, they all have scratches.»
I, then, told him that I would like to talk to someone else. Carlos went in and got customer relations manager, Barry Rosner, out. He came out with big smile and said, «If you like I could get another one for you, but I am sure picky people like you will complain about that one, too.» Then, my dad said, we would like to talk to your general manager. Barry went to get him and he came out with his cellphone next to his ear. He walked around the car and went in. We followed him and he said to Carlos and Barry, «they are your customers, you deal with them and walked off.»
Barry, repeated again, «I would love to bring you another one, but I am sure you’ll complain about it.» That was when I couldn’t take it anymore. So, I said, «can you stop repeating yourself! Just do it or tell us whether you can fix the problem or not!» I told my dad that if he couldn’t fix the problem, it’s not too late to call the bank and let’s just go. Then, Barry finally got a technician and he said he could fix it with no problem and get it ready first thing tomorrow. So, stupid us said ok we would come back tomorrow.
We came back the next day, the car was ready. Before we left, Mr. Barry Rosner said something really amusing, «I could understand that if you bought a Ferrari, but it’s just a Toyota.» Why would two managers, Carlos and Barry, talk bad about the cars that they were selling? Now, I think of it, they must have been trying to hint me that all the cars they have are shitty with scratches and Ferrari is so much better and they want to work for them but they are stuck here with Toyota.
This is not the end. Later, Jimmy asked me to fax my insurance info so that they could process my license plate. Just about a week before my temp license plate about to expired, I called them to talk about the issue. I was informed that my salesman Jimmy did not work there anymore… SO, my license plate did not come 2 months later, but good thing, I was issued another temp so I was not driving illegally. Finally, I got my license plate and when I was taking the temp off, I found several long circle-​like scratches near and on the license plate holder. Guess what… the person who put my temp on did all that when he used the power screw driver. He must have had weak hands and missed the holes when he tightened the nails and decided not to say anything. I mean yes… who would bend down and take the temp off and examined what was behind the paper temp plate…

2 hours for a $&&&!”@&$ oil change! Stay far far away!!! It started by going to the address listed on the website, service is not located here! Next they wouldn’t accept the Unilocal coupon. I guess the guy running service is friendly enough, but after 2 hours sitting in a crappy waiting room with the TV blaring in my ear I couldn’t take it any more, the thought of inflicting pain on the employees did cross my mind, not gonna lie.

First the positive, I got a really good price for the car I bought — $ 1,500 less than dealers in my area and they kept true to the price I found online. When I pulled up the car was waiting for the test drive. Then it went downhill from there.
During the test drive I had some questions, which the salesman couldn’t answer. Not too big of a deal until he pulled out the «English isn’t my first language» card when he couldn’t answer any of my questions. So our typical exchange was: question, blank stare, and then «my English is not so good.» I was there to buy a car not critique someone’s English skills, but don’t use it as an excuse to not know how to answer simple questions. Thank goodness for Google and iPhones, which meant I was able to answer most of my own questions.
I will reiterate the price on this car was incredible. I decided to buy.
Before visiting the dealer, I called and asked if there was any «wiggle room» on the price. The person on the phone confirmed there was. When it came time to discuss the price that «wiggle room» disappeared. We went back and forth on the price, and it was the same routine. The I don’t understand because English isn’t my first language tactic as a reason to ignore my requests was just rude, and wore thin quickly.
Then came all the extra fees. Most were standard, but I did have questions about registration, taxes, etc. No answers, but this time it was «don’t worry.» Which became the refrain for the rest of the process, and felt like a strategy to rush me out.
Again the price was too good to pass up, and I bought the car.
I chose to handle registering the car in my home state myself (maybe a rookie mistake). I thought it would save me the 25+ days the dealer said it would take them. The DMV in my state requires a certificate of origin to register, and I didn’t think it was included in the paperwork I had. I called my salesperson to double check, and, once again, he didn’t know. Rather than helping me he made it known that I made a poor decision in choosing to do it myself. After a back and forth he told me not to worry and that I had all the paperwork I needed for the certificate of origin — the window sticker and bill of sale — was there. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted him, but I waited in line at the DMV the next day and was told that I didn’t have the right paperwork.
I called the dealer again, and asked to speak to a manager this time. This request was ignored, and I found myself talking to my salesperson. He lightly criticized me for choosing to register the car myself, told me not to worry, and finally found out what the certificate of origin really was — the title. He then told me it would take 25 days to get. My temporary registration that the dealer provided expires on March 10, or five days before I could even expect to receive the title from them. Once again I was told «don’t worry,» and this was all he could do because of their process. He didn’t even acknowledge that there would be a lapse, that it was illegal/​problematic to drive without the car registered, or that I would have to incur an additional fee for registering a vehicle with expired registration. But don’t worry, it will work out.
I’m still waiting to speak to a manager, but I’m not holding my breath on getting this resolved any time soon.
All in all terrible customer service. Incompetent and rude sums up my experience. I’d shop elsewhere, and would recommend you do the same. And if you do shop here deal with anyone but Alex R., maybe you’ll have better luck.

i bought my 2009 camry from them and the service was ok during the first 3 years.
but the last service experience was absolutely a nightmare.
first, they refused a coupon that they had sent. next, they added services after giving me an estimate. in addition, i had to wait for 5 hours for a service that should take 2 at most — that too with not a big line of customers waiting.
the person on the counter — Gerard Costigan is a fraud and a cheat — and thats putting it mildly.

Do not go to this place. They put fake price/​ad in the internet. We called for an unbelievable good deal. In many calls they said they have many Sienna — the car we’re looking for. After 40 minutes drive, they told us the car we saw were sold 2 hours ago. They said the ad was old becuase ‘it would take more than a week to remove the ad from the internet after they are gone’.
«Do you realize you need to add $ 3000 to the price you saw in the internet?
And unfortunately we only have one Sienna left’. They said that the Carfax was clean the it never had any accident but when asked, they were not able to present a carfax report.
Do NOT go. It is a trap.
