Pampering Time 4 Me was incorporated 2013 to educate consumers of the benefits of massage and to provide them with other effective treatment modalities as an alternative to traditional medicine. Our goal is to assist people dealing with stress, muscular pain or physicial injury through effective massage modalities such as Swedish Massage for relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage for muscle tension, Trigger Point and Positional Release for muscle pain and tension, facial, head and neck massage for migraines or headaches just to name a few. These are just a few conditions that an individual can receive benefit through massage. Massage therapist does not diagnosis or prescribe medication for conditions but, most definitely work closely with your medical provider to provide the best care for your need.

Business Owner

Jacquelyn is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. She attended Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and Mario Tricoci University School of Beauty Culture. Her goal is to educate the public of the benefits of massage and skin wellness as an alternative to traditional medicine or surgery. With this goal in mind Jacquelyn decided to start her company Pampering Time 4 Me. She says «take care of your skin and body inside out and your skin and body will take care of you.» She enjoys helping others deal with stress, mu people in dealing with stress, muscle pain and injuries and advising them on how to care for the skin and body. «Total body wellness» is her moto. Before attending Cortiva and Mario Tricoci she worked in the insurance industry assisting people with disabilities and healthcare needs. She attended Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY where she studied Direct Marketing. She is looking forward to her journey with Pampering Time 4 Me Specialty Spa.
