Heat recently went out. We had a repair man come out to look at the HVAC unit and he basically told us that we had never had the unit cleaned. Funny thing is that his company had been coming out twice yearly for quite a while, and had supposedly cleaned the unit just 3 – 4 months ago. He didn’t believe us until we actually produced the invoices, at which point he called the office to tell them he was «embarrassed» (although there was no talk of us being refunded for the work that had supposedly been done). We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Horrible, horrible company. Been «trying» to fix our walk in freezer for three weeks now. They are bumbling fools that just have no clue what they’re doing. Your pet dog would do a better job.

Woke up on a Saturday with no heat. Called Warren-​Hay (who had installed an upstairs system for us through our contractor). Quoted the amount for the service call on a Saturday and came out. We needed a new thermostat and received a lump sum bill for $ 500+ dollars, no breakdown for how much the thermostat cost, hourly charge, sales tax, etc. When I called and asked for the breakdown no one called me back. I had been told if we had a service contract I would get a discount. Asked for one and no one called me back, until weeks later; I had already renewed elsewhere. Not professional.

Great customer service but many times they have come and told us that either the overall HVAC system we have is not right or it was installed incorrectly. Funny things is they were the ones who spec’ed it and installed it.
