History

Established in 2004.

Ready to Run began as an errand business but soon grew to include pet sitting services. Folks wanted their pets cared for in their own homes while they had to be away. Toni Spiegel, owner and operator, joined Pet Sitters International in May of 2005. Toni started Ready to Run in 2004 and has been running errands and visiting pets ever since! Toni spends most of her time stopping by customers’ homes to visit their pets while their owners are away on vacation or business, or during the day when the owner is at work. She also grocery shops, picks up mail, ships packages, does any in-​town running around you need taken care of. This is a perfect service to arrange as a gift for housebound folks or new moms, just to name a few who would appreciate the help. Anyone who loves their pet would love to use Toni’s pet sitting services! Toni has been a member of Pet Sitters International since 2005, completed their certification program in 2008, and in 2011 was recertified as a Professional Pet Sitter. She also is a member of NAPPS (Nat’l Ass’n of Pro Pet Sitters), is certified in Pet 1^st Aid & CPR, and has completed Pet Tech’s 8-​hour Pet Saver course. She’s bonded & insured and can give you many recommendations from happy customers!
