On a friday night you expect some delay but our food took more than 90 minutes. And then when we got it, it was leaking all over the bag. Food was over cooked, the broccoli fell apart as I tried to eat it. Nothing looked unsafe, it wasn’t particularly poorly flavored, from what I had, but it just kinda sucked. If you’re dead set on Chinese, go to Belle Mead. Otherwise, get Thai or pizza.

Magic Wok is THE joint and the s#*! Tip well and receive consistent, amazing, fast delivery every time. Pick up and get to know John and you’re right as rain again. Best egg rolls, pork fried rice and wonton soup: arguably the«plain pie» of a Chinese restaurant and the measurement of good everything else… and it is! Kung pow, Chicken and broccoli, vegetables, spare ribs, dumplings, it’s all tasty! It’s a dive, pick up only(truly) but the best Chinese in town.

I’ve been going here now for almost a year. It has become my chinese takeout go-to. The Eggrolls as many have mentioned are top-notch. so is their soup. Their Wonton soup is made with REAL chicken broth and the wontons actually have flavor! If you want to try something amazing: Egg Foo young. As I was told many times growing up, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. it’s a little diamond in the rough and I’ve yet to find a dish that I’ve been dissatisfied from this particular establishment.

Consistent good food everything on their menu is good. Best egg rolls I’ve ever had. The owner John is very friendly will have a quick chat as I pick up my food. They are a bit heavy on the sauce but you can always ask for a little less. Very reasonable prices

Cheap chinese food. I am taken back to the days where I could use to order my cheap chinese food on the Internet. We do not have that ability in imaginary central NJ. We are practically Amish. Instead, you have to call and place your order or stop in. This is very 20th century. Prehistoric, even. I like the people who work there. They are nice. The food is typical chinese take out. No complaints. I would definitely recommend the hot & sour soup. It’s amongst the best I’ve ever had. A-okay.

The American guy they have working here has the worst attitude of any restaurant personnel I have ever encountered. He acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your order. Last time I tried to phone in a take-out order, he asked for our phone number, then said«OK, I will call you back»(which he never did). Obviously, I didn’t wait, I just called one of the 3 other(& better), Chinese restaurants in town. I will never call/go there again. The food here is adequate at best, prices are the same as everywhere else. The décor is dismal and how they pass a health code inspection is beyond me.

One of the best Chinese Fried rice choices out there… big chunks of meat just the way I like ‘em. Otherwise, don’t like much else here… too much sauce in everything

I ordered delivery. It took them 1 ¾ hours to find house. I live 2.6 miles from store front. When I received food it was cold. The taste was mediocre. Half way through we found hair in the scallion pancakes. Wow!!! Would never order again.

The service could use some work. They’re a bit rude over the phone and even in person. Seems like you’re always bothersome to them. BUT, the food makes up for it completely. They by far have THEBEST Chinese in town hands down. I have had nearly everything on the menu at one point or another and it’s all wonderful. I’m giving it 4 stars minus one for the attitude.

Terrible all around. Placed a delivery order tonight. The man who took my order on the phone seemed annoyed to have to take my order. Not friendly at all. The food was just short of disgusting. We threw most of it out. The sesame chicken was basically all breading, and hard and chewy. Everything had a weird smell to it; like nothing was fresh… The dumplings were chewy. Avoid this«restaurant.»

This place used to be good but it really isn’t now. It is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Hillsborough but that isn’t saying much. It always feels a little dirty to me also. Eat something else instead.

This place would get 2 more stars if it wasn’t because of the phone manners they have when you call. It is one specific man, who I assume may be the owner. It just turns me off to call and have someone be so short. I really feel that this person should not be handling the phone. I am sure they have lost customers due to that. This place does have the best chinese food in Hillsborough so when I don’t want to drive 15 minutes to my favorite chinese food place(Yao’s in Skillman) then I order from here. But I try to order from here the least possible. But yes, the food is good.

Best eggrolls I’ve ever had. I’m not terribly fond of their other food, but I have friends who think it’s very good. But seriously, try the egg rolls.
