I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. However, the overall experience took me by great surprise. During both of the sessions (proof & final product review), the amazing artistry brought tears to my eyes. The professionalism and superior customer service provided by all at Kramer Portraits was top notch! Cannot wait for the next time we decide to do our next milestone portrait.

From the start — scheduling, attention to clothing choices, ease with our photographer to the «hard» part — choosing an image, Kramer Portraits exceeded every expectation. The professionalism is amazing.

I was first introduced to Kramer Portraits through a silent auction at the Brain Injury Alliance seminar. I highly recommend them due to their exceptional professionalism and treatment of myself and my husband with such a royalty. The atmosphere was so elegant and it was such a comfortable environment that made us feel comfortable and engulfed us with such royalty and respect. The photographer made us all feel so comfortable and never rushed the process and made sure that we were satisfied with the poses which included elegant Victorian style props that ensured the elegance of the portrait.
They also accmodated us and welcome out most precious family members, our four legged babies. We had a Maltese and a Doberman who were well treated and valued during our experience. Our portrait was STUNNING. The regal presentation was so gorgeous that we used the pictures on our wedding invitations and the feedback was both of awe and amazement of the class and elegance of the portrait. We currently have the portrait above our fireplace which has brought such class into our beautiful home.
The staff took great care in making sure the portrait was exactly what we wanted and so graciously took our suggestions about color and adding more hair to my Maltese who was shaved at the time. Our Dobermans ears were also taped which they edited it out for us. They overall edited it to our extreme satisfaction, air brush look, enunciation of color, edited any flaws, and delivered stunning results.
This is a wonderful investment to be made by all who wish to have a lifetime, one of a kind piece to be displayed in your home. It is an amazing addition that is frozen in time that can be passed down from generation to generation as both an heirloom and a forever keepsake for all members of a family.
Show the beauty of your family through this experience. People travel from all over for this wonderful experience including celebrities, single families, couples, and anyone who wishes to have such a beautiful experience. This experience is for everyone and all are treated with respect and care.
The follow up is amazing where you get a private room to evaluate the pictures taken and projected on a screen to show the size that is right for you and your budget. There is even a discount for ordering more prints if you like more than one. This experience was a personal one and they treat you like a VIP client at every meeting. They are also very flexible with time and make sure that you are accommodated because they understand the fast paced life in which we all live.

They specialize in custom made, high end portraits, and they are incredible! They blend high quality photographs with hand painting to produce the finest looking portraits you have ever seen! To give you a perspective… one of their clients was President George W Bush…
I wrangled my brother and sisters and all their kids for a large family portrait to give to my father (a task in and of itself) and when we showed up, our photographer, (Candice?), was SO GOOD with everyone right down to the little kids! She was meticulous in posing and balancing everyone across the picture, and had all these crazy things for you to repeat that gets everyone to break out into big smiles!
When you return to review the pictures, they are incredibly helpful in assisting you with narrowing down to the perfect one to be sent off for painting. Alicia assisted us with this, and her insight into the artistry of it all along with suggestions for the custom framing was invaluable!
All that being said… i will mention again… this is a HIGH END portrait studio specializing only in their custom portraits! Be prepared to drop some serious dough! However, the end result is worth every penny!

My sister received a gift certificate worth $ 2,000.00 when she got a car through Acura. Her and I decided to get a portrait done for my mom. The $ 2,000 was good for an 11×14 canvas portrait. I was very shocked at the cost of these portraits, but since it was a gift certificate we did it. Then when it was time to pick the picture we wanted, I went and picked one. Then it was recommended I purchase a frame for it due to protecting it. So I asked how much it was and the cheapest one they had was $ 210.00. Then they charged me $ 40.00 for shipping. So between the frame, shipping and tax I was responsible for $ 267.50. I had to set-​up a payment plan because I could not afford to give that amount at the time. So I had to leave $ 54.00 then for five months it was $ 42.70. When the picture is ready to be sent out, they call you. I received the call from their office stating it was ready to be shipped. They also send an email with the tracking information. I had it delivered to my moms since that is where it was going to be displayed. After two attempts by UPS to deliver it, we called UPS to ask why it wasn’t left, even though my mother signed the slip. They informed us that the person had to be present to sign for it. I was never told that by Kramer Portraits. If that big piece of information was disclosed, I would have made other arrangements. So we had to pay for them to redeliver it at a time that someone would be there, then on top of that extra charge, my mom lost a days pay to stay home to wait. I called to speak with Peter, the owner, to express my feelings. And basically, I was killed with kindness. Before hanging up, all he could say was that he remembered my sister and I, how funny we were and beautiful. I heard one apology from him.
I was not compensated for the shipping charges, which is the least he could do since my mother lost a days pay due to the fact this information was not communicated from his staff. My mother is on a fixed income and I also help her out monthly along with my own finances. This was an inconvenience and could have been prevented. The picture turned out great and my mother enjoys it, but it was totally not worth the aggravation.

Got a gift here for a family portrait. The worker is very professional and can make you laugh. The photography is very professional. She provided us with water and candy. I recommend this place if you have a gift but not sure if you have to pay out of pocket.

Not happy with the service yet. We were asked to come 10 minute before the appointment. They had us wait for 45 min and this happened twice. Prices were outrageous and delivery time is too far away. Hopefully we will get a good product. Overall not a good experience so far.

Had a gift certifacte courtesy of the Somerset Patriots!!! My girlfriend and I went there on 12÷28÷13. The photo session lasted 30 minutes. Candace took our photos. She was very helpful.

The inside of the facility is beautiful and furnished like someone’s house. While waiting, the attentive staff bring out water for everyone, in addition to the assortment of candies tastefully placed in bowls around the facility. Canvases with photographs of prior clients adorn the walls, giving you a good idea of what you can look forward to.
Once everyone is ready (there is a nice washroom to make sure you’re good to go), you can go into the back room where the photographer takes their time with your group, and helps take a variety of different snaps in multiple poses. Expect to spend 30 – 45 minutes in this process.
Once finished, you schedule a time to come back and review the portraits prior to selecting one to be hand-​painted by a professional artist on a canvas of your choosing.
All in all, this was a wonderful, family-​run business, with caring and attentive staff that made sure to accommodate everyone well. Highly recommended!
