Enhanced Learning Skills for Kids specializes in providing brain training for kids to improve reading and learning for children ages 8 – 18. Using the Student Transformation System we provide tools for kids within a full 12 week program in person or online and service national and international clients. I have certified brain trainers around the world to help meet the needs of children with learning disabilities and ADHD.

History

Established in 2008.

Enhanced Learning Skills for Kids was created because Colleen’s own daughter suffered from a brain injury and was unable to progress in school. After discovering cognitive brain training, her daughter was assessed and found to be functioning with the ability to learn of a 5 y/​o sitting in a 4^th grade special ed classroom. After brain training, her daughter’s cognitive skills strengthened and she was able to begin making progress with the special programs in school and start to learn how to read. After seeing success with her own children, Colleen then began helping children in her community. This then lead to being able to help children around the world.

As a special educator, Mrs. Bain develops individualized brain training and education program curriculum based on state-​standards and program objectives. Mrs. Bain received her Master of Arts in Special Education Cross-​Categorical from the University of Phoenix with a grade point average of 3.97 in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York Institute of Technology with a grade point average of 3.8 in 1996. She is affiliated with many important organizations, is a best-​selling author, has won industry awards and has several licenses and certifications.
