Dr. Tarbell has been in practice at 305 Omni Drive since September 1992. Their mission: «By providing excellence in eye health and vision skills, we enhance your quality of life.»

Dr. Tarbell promotes long-​term connections with her patients, and like the «family doctor» of former eras, she enjoys watching «her children» (patients) grow and helping them meet their full potential.

Business Owner

* Received her Doctor of Optometry degree with Highest Honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989. (After) nine years of University study in anatomy, physiology, optics, diagnosis and treatment of visual and pathological conditions.

* Received the Outstanding graduating student award demonstrating clinical excellence, leadership, dependability, acceptance of responsibility, professional promise, knowledge and positive attitude.

* Received the Binocular Vision Award from the University of California, for excellence in diagnosing and treating vision perception patients with eye coordination and focusing (problems) deficits. (remediation of eyestrain)(computers)

* Received the Contact Lens Award from the University of California, for outstanding performance in custom contact lens fittings and for proper evaluation of corneal response.

* Continues her training with post-​graduate courses in pediatric care, ocular pathology and preventative contact lens care.
