Just had a lot of DVD inserts made and was totally impressed with this place. From graphic design through production, they were professional, quick and inexpensive with great customer service. The final product was awesome. (I erroneously posted this review on the New Brunswick location but my experience was with the hillsborough location).

Used the «send an email» link on their website to send them an RFP for business cards — no reply for 24 hours. Called to follow up and was told «oh we don’t really use that email.» Good to know…
Resent the email with print-​ready artwork, and inquiries about paper stock, cost, turnaround, and print quality. Reply email addressed print quality question only. Emailed again about paper stock, cost and turn around. Reply addressed paper stock only. Emailed again about turn around and cost. No reply. Emailed again. Finally addressed other questions.
Cards were ultimately printed well and rushed on time. 3 stars for satisfactory product. –2 stars for difficult customer service interaction. Make sure you stay on top of these guys to see your job through.
