Was on hold for 14 minutes! All I wanted to do was tell them they had the wrong phone number because they kept calling me for Rx refills that were ready. Wanted to make sure they call the right person. This single annoying experience will remind me to go elsewhere if I ever need prescriptions.

After today I will never step in this Walgreens again, even though the other locations are twice the distance from my house. Going into this location is never a quick trip because the staff is downright rude, treats anyone with coupons like a criminal & could give a crap that you have a day to get to. After locating my purchases in less than 2 minutes it took me 10 minutes to check-out purchasing 4 items(2 tubes kids toothpaste &2 bottles iron supplements, both BOGO free and using 2 coupons &2 register rewards) because the cashier screwed up my transaction AGAIN(something usually is wrong everytime I’ve previously been in, whether the register won’t read a coupon or their own store coupons won’t work). Then the supervisor that came to bail out the cashier made me feel like it was my fault her cashier was incompetent.

It’s all good. I don’t use the pharmacy, though, just for supplies like makeup, shampoo, etc. usually with coupons or for things on sale. Customer service has always been friendly even if a little forced. The intersection is difficult but once I figured out which lane to be in it’s not a problem to get there from downtown anymore. Easier to hit it from the north.

This walgreens has horriable customer service. I moved close to this location(used to use butler one). Since i moved i decided i would change my medications to this pharmacy, since its closer. I went into the walgreens to get lipgloss and noticed the staff all seems very young and kind of looked like they were high, the guy at the register was young with a pony tail and has been the only one that seemed nice and helpful. The first time i called and talked to a pharmacy person and asked them to fill one medication that is a three month supply(i always figure its better to talk to a real person) the guy says it will be done later that day. The next day i went to pick them up, and the medication never got filled, so they asked me to wait 15 minutes, and after that they gave me one months worth and said to come back the next day to get the rest. I agreed and just figured it was a one time mistake. A couple months went by and the place did ok with my medication. Every time i went into the store the service was horriable and everyone was rude and not friendly at all, but i figured ill just use it for my meds so i dont have to drive to far. I went to the dr and got updated prescriptions and told the lady at the drs office to fax the meds as 3 months. I talked to the pharmacy asking for them to be filled and the person told me the meds names and one that she said wasnt my medication so i told her the receptionist must of made a mistake and to not fill that one andonly fill the normal ones i take and that i will have someone pick them up later and that i will tell my dr about the mistake with the medication. So when they picked up my meds and brought them home i checked and inside was the medication i told the person to not refill. That they paid $ 15 for! I called and said what happened, and the pharmacy said i just must not know my medication names, i told her that i do and i do not take heart burn medication and that i want my money back because her worker did not do their job when i said to not refill that and i told her how i told the person before to delete the prescription. She said it was my fault because the person picked the medication up and that there is nothing they can do. So i had the person go in and talk to the pharmacist, she refused to come out and had the manager come over and talk to them(this person with super long nails and looked really creepy), they were not able o help us in any way so now i have medication that i cant even use. Since then i have only been using the walgreens on butler. I went to the walgreens on butler to get my face wash and they didnt have it, i tried target and they didnt have it either, since i knew ive seen it at this walgreens i decided to call them and ask if they have it, i was sent to cosmetics and i asked the lady if they have it in stock, she said they have never carried that kind before. So i asked if she could check for me. She said no she wont check because she knows they dont have it. Said thank you and hungup. I was annoyed by how rude she was and how she wouldnt even check i decided to talk to the cashier whn i called and asked if someone can please check for me because the lady in cosmetics was rude, he said hold on and i thought he went to check, no he transferred me to the cosmetics and i didnt realize i was transferred back to her so i asked if they carry that maker she says i talked to you about that already. I say well i asked if someone else could check since you were so rude. She says i wasnt rude i told you the truth. So i say then go check because ive seen it there before at your store. She continues to tell me she knows her area and knows they dont carry it and that she wont leave her station since she knows they dont have it so she will not check for me but can order it online and send it to the store if they even carry it but that she refuses to check and see if its in store because she wont leave for something they dont carry. By now im pissed and hangup. I will never o to this storevor even call ever again when people ask about where to go for items i dont mention this walgreens. I drive all the way to butler for the customer service that you get. I dont like stores that have horriable staff and that refuses to fix their mistakes. I hate this store and will be calling corporate soon because of all the stuff they have one. Stay far away from this store

Your typical Walgreens, I’m usually here because it’s conveniently close to work! PERKS + clean + organized + helpful employees + they call«backup» if they need more cashiers + ample parking + pharmacy has drive through + there’s a redbox at the outside corner of the store + join their rewards program and get coupons in the mail(or e-mail) DIRTS — near busy one-way intersection — plants they sell are dying — kinda pricey for their goods FYI = * area used to be a used-car sale lot * apparently this is a «hub» store for walgreens * opened spring 2012 * located near starbucks, pacific university hillsboro campus, moto pizza, pepper’s mexican grill, chevron and tuality hospital PDX30 Day Unilocal Challenge #8 of 30
