My go to dry cleaners for over 5 years. Have always done great work and very courteous.

I flew in late for an interview and when I unpacked my suit it was a wrinkled beyond belief. I was scrambling to figure something out and discovered Rock Cleaners opened at 7am. I called them at 6:45 am and a gentlemen answered. I explained my situation and he said come on down. They had the suit pressed in 15 minutes and it cost me about $ 8. Thank you!

Asked to have a dress steam ironed in the evening which they said they don’t do. They were able to press it by 10am the next morning. Luckily I didn’t need it until the next day. After I picked it up I noticed there were a couple of funny lines in the dress, almost like a seam had run? Other than that no complaints! The girl at the counter was super friendly and it’s in a convenient location(right next to Safeway)

Based on reviews, I decided to give them a try. It’s probably fine if you bring them clothes, but they were not helpful at all when it comes to larger items. They also didn’t even have good customer service to new clients. I felt they didn’t even care if they got a new customer or not. Try at your own risk. I remember why I hate buying anything that says«dry clean only».

Always interesting to visit a place with one 5 star review, and one 1 star review. This place is good for laundering shirts, and very efficient. It is what you would expect in a standard cleaners. Obviously the1 star review says to beware of alterations, so I would heed that warning. My shirts came out nice and one-day turnaround at a decent price, so I’m happy and looking nice and ironed at work this week :)

I live over in Vancouver and I still drive all of my shirts over every 2 months to get them dry cleaned with Rock Creek. They offer the most economical cleaning prices for shirts. I took my shirts to a cleaner out here in Vancouver and they charged almost 8 bucks a shirt to clean and press it. Rock Creek charges less than 3 dollars a shirt. I was also pleasantly surprised that they repaired missing buttons on all of my shirts and I didn’t even ask. I have asked in the past if they repair buttons and they told me they did not so this was a pleasant surprise when I went to go fix the buttons myself an they were already replaced.
