Best Thai food in Hillsboro! Highly recommended in my taste bud world! It’s very kid friendly and the service is amazing. You’ll miss out on excellent thai if you don’t go eat something.

Good menu, great food, fast and friendly service. If dining with children they were willing to adjust ingredients and split portions-very helpful.

Tried this place for the first time today. The staff was very nice(i believe it was the owner who helped us)! We ordered the pad thai and panang curry, both exceeded our expectations! Portions were large and affordable, far better then most thai food in the area. Havent tried the phở yet but will definitely next time! It was very clean inside also, i recommend if you are in the area!

Sorry what a disappointment! When we first discovered this place we were so excited! The phở was fresh, hot and delicious. I don’t know what has happened in the kitchen but now it is DISGUSTING. Literally the worse phở I’ve ever had. It is WAY too sweet, you know it’s off simply by the dark color of the broth(phở broth should not be a dark brown) they’re putting way too much cinnamon and sugar and it is seriously nasty ! Such a shame because they are so close to my home, I really hope they fix whatever issue is going on in the kitchen but I won’t be wasting any more of my money giving them a 7 and 8th chance.

Very fresh food and super nice people. Love how the veggies are crisp, and the spice level is perfect! So happy they deliver now, and it was super quick. We like the Thai fried rice and the Phuket asparagus.

I love this place. The owner uses only fresh ingredients, and takes his menu very seriously. Staff is great and the food is authentic. They even have a Canh Chua(sweet and sour soup) special — hard to find west of Portland!

Best phở I’ve had in this area so far. Prompt service — super fast for lunch. The gentleman serving me was very kind and polite, and he took the time to answer some of my general questions about Portland.

I came here by a recommendation from a fellow chef. I came in to have some food and Thai tea. The server informed me that the Thai tea is made fresh and to order. When the tea came to my table, it was clearly made fresh because it wasn’t blended like most Asian restaurants. The tea taste great. My chargrilled shrimp and chicken dish with a fried egg not so much… When the plate came to the table, it was poorly presented as if the chicken and shrimp were just thrown on the plate. I was given 2 very small tail on shrimp(i think it was 41⁄50 shrimp) too of which one of the shrimp were under cooked, a very messy oily«chargrilled» chicken. There were no char marks, it felt like it was chicken thigh meat sliced thin and fried and then lightly sauteed to give some color. The chicken broth that was mentioned that should have been accompanied with my rice dish was not present. The nuoc cham tasted like straight fish sauce and lime juice, dreadful and disappointing. Add to insult the«salad» greens were not properly cleaned, dirt was found on the romaine lettuce, and cucumber slices. I only ate the rice, 1 cooked shrimp, chicken, and the fried egg which apparently cost $ 2 to add(not mentioned on the menu and my server couldn’t answer me on how much more it was). When I got my check I just paid in cash and gave a small tip because this was not clearly the server’s fault. I will probably not return to this restaurant. It’s a shame that off of a chef’s recommendation that this was his top Vietnamese restaurant to go to… What a shame.

Phở N D is previously known as Phở Nam, but it had a new owner and the name changed. I have got to say this place is nice, clean, inviting and the food is A+. I love the rice with curry(yellow, green, etc) with beef. I always order it here, it’s very good and has a spicy kick to it. I’ve also had the Phở, noodles, as well as the fried rice and it’s pretty bomb as well. It’s a small place but the food is good, the service is great. S/O to one of the best servers I’ve ever met, you know who you are. I also get food to go here and it’s very good, I’m very pleased with this place.

So glad this place is literally a 2min drive from my house. Their phở is fresh, light and piping hot. The way it should be. They are super attentive and friendly and their house Vietnamese coffee is perfection. I’ve always tried their vermicelli noodles and it was fresh and delicious !

This is a regular place for myself and my coworkers at lunch. I have Phở Ga a lot, it is good. I am glad they have two size selections, because the small is just right for me, and when I am hungry, the large is. The service is very attentive. Water glass always filled, and happy to serve us.

The initial service was great, took the food to go and the presentation was great even packed up. The Vietnamese rolls were good, but the phở was sweet and gross! To make matters worse, it was full of cinnamon which my husband is allergic to. When I called regarding this, I was not offered a refund for his food, but told I could come back in that night, and get him something else! He was trying to recover from the effects of an allergic reaction and had to use an epi pen!!! Wtf?! Worst service ever! I will never return! I had all of our food still, so I was out $ 22.00 and almost lost my husband, not an ounce of empathy from this restaurant or an ounce of care as to whether I would return or not!!!

This is a diamond in the rough! My boyfriend and I had the veggie spring rolls, tofu phở and chicken phở, and it was delicious. Fresh, great service, and a really nice waiter. They also had good prices. I would definitely recommend going here.

This is one of the few good Phở restaurants on the west side. I was recommended to Phở ND through a friend and finally found a bowl of phở that isn’t too sweet and loaded with MSG like many of the places on the west side. They actually cut the meat for their phở the right way I like some of the«phở chop shops» in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area. It’s great to know I don’t have to trek over to the SE82nd area for phở.

Their salad rolls are perfect!!! They are made so tight and with pride. I can tell. The flavors are perfect. Wish I took a picture the last time I was there, because it was Heaven as far as salad rolls come. Their phở is great too. Love the service as well!

This is one of my favorite PHO places on this side of town. I have been coming here with my coworkers since they used to be called PHO nam. Sometime last year new management took over and they changed their name to PHO N.D. I generally have the PHO Dac Biet here. This is the phở dish that has everything. The broth is semi sweet with a great any beef flavor. There is beef, meatballs, tripe, tendon all married within the beef broth. The Thai dishes here are great too. This includes; pad see eww, pad Jew Mao and pad Thai. I love this place and eat here a couple of times per month I highly recommend this little PHO shop.

You will always be greeted with a smile :)) oh and not to Mention the food! It’s all so good, they honestly have the best Phô Soup within a 20 mile radius! Deserts are Scrumptious and Unique! Gotta try their banana bread pudding! Overall always a Delightful time when dining at Phô Nam

Went to what we used to call 11b, to find that now it is called Phở N.D. and with new ownership. I ordered an asparagus dish and, as a previous reviewer noted, got actually only one asparagus spear cut four times. My pee didn’t even smell funny! Hopefully the owners will improve the food so we can go back, but as it stands, we won’t be visiting again. The service was friendly and fast though, but it is all about the food.

I honestly don’t really like Phở from restaurants. Growing up Vietnamese, there really wasn’t much reason to eat it at a restaurant when I could make it or my mom could make it. But since moving to Hillsboro last year for school I have recently developed cravings for Vietnamese food. My roomate was actually the one that recommended this place. The sign on the outside still says Phở N.D. but don’t let the past reviews fool you, this place is a gold nugget of a hole in the wall. The staff is super accommodating and kind. I tried to go there late one night after studying, but they were closing. The manager offered to make something for me for take out if I could make it in time. They have an amazing special, $ 6.50 for a large bowl of Phở Dac Biet which is actually a pretty good price since they aren’t skimpy on the meat and the noodles. The broth is flavorful and doesn’t have that MSG aftertaste that some places do. All in all I recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm bowl of Phở and some really nice people(:
