Unfortunately, the Milanos family is also busy with their catering business and the Main Dish is only open on occasion. This means the line is usually long when they are opened for their usual three day span. I’ve never been on a Tuesday or Thursday, but Wednesday’s specials, chicken and noodles or livers and gizzards, are phenomenal. We had the noodles for my wedding rehearsal dinner which my friends said were the best they’ve had. I usually rotate between the noodles and the livers and gizzards depending on my mood. Prices are awesome. $ 7.50 for the entrée, a vegetable, mashed potatoes and a roll. If you have room, the Texas Cake is to kill for. Just be prepared to wait in line. I’ve never been in and out in less than 10 minutes, but it’s always worth it.
