Super friendly owner. He fixed my phone in a very timely manner and was super informative about the process. I’m so glad I found them instead of paying 700 for a new phone. Highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen issue. Also– check out all the 5 star reviews on «not recommended»

This place is awesome! They’ve saved my son’s iphone 5c from water damage twice. They’re fast and their prices are very reasonable. They go the extra mile to make sure the phone is working properly before you pick it up. I’ve recommended them to many and will continue to do so.

I brought a device into get a screen replaced. I explained that it was special version of the device that has a different frame than the other version. They asked the tech if he can do it and how long it’d take. He said about an hour for $ 75. They said they had the part ready and all. I brought the device in the next day. They said they’d call me when it was done in about an hour.
3 hours later I called them and they mentioned they didn’t have the right part and that they’d have to order it. They said they were going to rush order it so it should be there soon.
I called them a couple days later and they said they hadn’t got the part. I called early the next week. They still hadn’t received the part. I called them a couple days later and they finally just gave me the tracking number and I followed it. It took a week to get it repaired. They repaired it the day after they got it. I went to pick it up and they charged me an extra $ 30ish for the parts explaining they had to order the lcd with the bezel. When I brought the device back and started to use it, I noticed the bezel was chewed up, which was interesting because of how they stated they didn’t have to separate the glass from the bezel. The entire edge was frayed and chewed up. Not a part of it was left.
I was almost ready to let that go but then when I started to use it I noticed there were places on the screen that weren’t responding. I rebooted the device a couple of times and gave it a couple hours to see if that would resolve it. When it didn’t I called them back up and they suggested to google how to calibrate my screen. I googled it but only found articles for devices that were sometimes 4 years old. Nothing for recent devices and definitely nothing on my device.
I took the screen back to them the next day and they said they’d look at it. I waited for about an hour before they brought the device up and showed me how the part they ordered was broken.
They said they’d order another part and they said how they would rush order it so it would be there relatively soon. I called then 3 days later and the part still hadn’t arrived. I called them a couple days after that. Still nothing. I called them a week after they ordered it, a Tuesday, it still hadn’t come. I started to question if they ordered it at all, let alone rush ordered it. I called them the following Thursday a few times in the afternoon and they didn’t answer.
I called the next day. They said they still hadn’t received the part. I asked if I could have a tracking number and they said they didn’t get one from their seller. They said they would get that tracking number and call me back. I didn’t hear from them all weekend.
I called them Monday around 2. They didn’t answer. Called them a couple times later. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Called them Tuesday and they said they think they got the parts they ordered down the road or something. They said they’d see if they got my part that day and the repair should take about an hour after.
I called them the next day and couldn’t get a hold of them. I called them a few hours later and still couldn’t get a hold of them.
I called them 5 times in a row the next day around 2pm and couldn’t get a hold of them. I called them an hour later, then the hour after that, then the hour after and still wasn’t having anyone pick up.
I had a friend call them wondering if they were ignoring me and they were able to get through to them. She got a tracking number from them. The item had just been shipped the day before and was leaving New York, making me wonder if they had forgot to order my part until the day before.
The next Monday I saw the part had been delivered. I started calling around 2 and was not able to get a hold of them after trying a few times. I decided to go in and either get my device or my sim card.
They told me they had ordered the wrong part. I asked for my sim card and they said they had lost it. They had lost my sim card which cost me $ 50 for my new device later.
I asked for a refund, but they said I’d have to come back the next day when the manager was in. I went in the next day. He did explain that his parts source was shipping another device. They offered to try to repair it. I asked for a refund and took my screen-​less device.
About 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received a refund. I gave them a call and they said they found the refund was never submitted. He said he redid it so it should go through now.
Finally, almost a month after requested, I got the refund.

These guys are amazing! Their work is excellent. they fixed my daughters phone in 15 minutes and the fee was great. I will definitely tell all my friends.

I pre paid and You broke my phone that I dropped off at your store April 1^st. The screen was cracked, but it worked just fine. Now it doesn’t. And I haven’t seen it for two months.
You have had ample time to make this right. You said I could pick up the new phone you were replacing my broken one with, on Friday May 22^nd after 3 pm. When I came in at 6 pm you said you forgot to pick it up, and I could pick it up in the morning Sat May 23. I just returned from your store that your employee said, «Jaret won’t be in today.» It’s 4pm now.
And guess what… I still don’t have my phone. WTF!

Went here to get my wife’s phone glass replaced. I will say the cautioned us that if the lcd was damaged it would cost more, however the guy said it looked like there would not be a problem as to how it appeared to crack.
Very disappointed, what should have been drop it off and return 90 minutes later turned in to 4 days and no repair.
They were not consistent in the repair costs voicing one fee on the phone, another in person and a different price on their wall. This should have been a clue.
30 minutes after we dropped the phone off we got a call stating they pulled the glass off and did not have the glue in stock to replace the screen. They said it will be in on Wednesday (2 days later) is that OK. We said sure. I would have thought they would have maybe given a courtesy discount for the delay of not having the materials in hand before quoting us a 90 minute repair.
Wednesday came and no call, we called they said it was delayed and would arrive Thursday. We said fine what’s another day, still no offer of a discount due to not having the materials.
Thursday came and we got a call late afternoon and they said we were pulling off the screen and the lcd was damaged and needs to be replaced … Hold on Monday you said you had already removed it and could not finish because you had no glue… Needless to say at this point I was done with them. Delays, Misinformation and Inconsistent prices just say it is time to bail this place.
There are just to many clues here at a business that appears to not be honest and truthful to its customers. Inconsistent prices and white lies as to the status of the repair are just to start.
We ended up picking the phone up and I just went and purchased a new phone for my wife. She is super happy with her new Note 4.
Use caution here, they presented better prices for repair up front then other places but everyone there was not on the same page and they do not understand how they should work with their customers and be truthful.

This company is a company is a complete fraud. I know for a fact that the reviews that are good on Unilocal and on Google are fake. I have known this company since they first opened up and the owner himself has told me he impersonates customers to review his and other competing businesses. As well as call different companies to compete with their pricing. I got my iPhone 5 fixed there and they broke the sound button and denied doing so. Then they did not replace the screen correctly and it popped off numerous occasions. Upon going in to tell him the screen was defective he looked at the screen and tried to say I had switched it. Chirese an employee informed him the employee who had replaced my screen had used a USED SCREEN from a broken iPhone someone had gave to them. Also after having my phone inspected by Apple they had told me it was not an official Apple screen. They do not install the apple screens on the phones they buy them for 10 dollars for a box of 100 from China. After he fixes my screen again it popped off again the very next day and he told me he would not fix it. The owner is a lier cheater and a stealer. The reviews on this and Google are fake. The owner will also argue with you and call you names and tell you you should be more carful with your things. Watch for those word. He told me this and I have read it in other reviews. He also loves to reply to reviews by arguing and saying it is not his fault and not owning up to his and his «business» mistakes. Jarred just likes to argue so he can take all your money. He does a poor job on replacing items claiming and justifying that «you already got it for cheap» When u take your phone there and they do not fix it correctly they try to scam you into buying more products. I have read enough reviews and decided to collect the I formation so I can get an investigation going. This is how I found out the «good» reviews are fake. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST PRICES, LYING STEALING CHEATERS! DO NOT BELIEVE THE «GOOD» reviews on this place they are from the owner setting up fake accounts. I’ve gone there twice to repair busted screens on (the same) iPhone 5S. Both times takes ~20 minutes to repair the phone. The phone worked fine afterwards both times. Will go back in the future for any other phone repairs.

Second time into Hot Tech. First time was to have an iPad screen replaced. Fast and efficient service.
Went back yesterday for an iPhone 5 battery replacement. Was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes with a new battery installed. I would recommend them for service.

Good place to go if you want dudes that know what they are doing. They got good used phones at decent prices and they repair your phone too. I am a repeat customer

I really wanted to like this place but they really need to learn how to communicate with their customers. I contacted them through text pretty late at night (1am) asking if they had an iphone 5 for sale. They were quick to respond and told me that they had 6 in stock. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to meet up with them soon so I asked if they had time to meet the next day to which they responded «we’re open 7 days a week from 10 – 7.»
The next day I went to their store and of course it’s closed. After about 15 mins of texting to see if they were going to be open today I get a response saying that he’s on his way and will be there in 15−20mins. Then he goes on to tell me that he doesn’t have any iphone 5s in stock. He told me that someone bought 3 last night (uhhh after 1am when I texted him) and 3 this morning. He then proceeds to pretty much tell me that it was fault that he didn’t have the phones because I didn’t prepay for the phones… I was unaware of this option… When i started to express my frustration with the situation he responded by saying that «I’m sorry you feel that way but i have lots of people asking me for phones and if I sell it fast then I do.» The comment just seemed a bit out out of place as if he was trying to tell me he has plenty of buyers and that he doesn’t need to or have time to «cater» to me. I just wanted to but a phone from him…
I mean I guess the situation can be understandable but he did not go about it the right way… maybe I’m over reacting because I needed it ASAP as a gift to my brother but yeah… bottom line, this place is a hassle, try somewhere else

They fixed my computer for really cheap. Super nice too. I got a iPhone 5c for $ 345!!!
