I will NOT be returning to this dentist. When I called to make an appointment I specifically asked if there would be a free teeth whitening appointment with cleaning since many dental offices are doing that lately. They said yes but I would have to make a separate appointment. I made my appointment off of this basis as I could have gone to a different dentist to have work done. I payed $ 300 to get my teeth cleaned & xrays, but found out they couldn’t fix the problem that I went in there for and had to find another dentist to have it fixed. I called to make an appointment for my whitening and they told me that they won’t give it to me free because I didn’t have the «work» done. Dr. Hartman called me back saying he would only give me the free whitening if it were guaranteed that I come back. Why would I come back to a place that has to argue and be incredibly rude to me. The dentist told me that the person who told me it would be free has been fired and therefore doesn’t need to honor the commitment that she said. Sorry, where did GOOD customer service go? I will not return to this dentist and will not recommend it to anyone else. I don’t even want to give them a «star» because they don’t deserve that much.
