If I could give zero stars, I would.
The service here was less than mediocre.
The woman helping me could barely figure out her pre programmed screen to help me file a tax return that took her all of five minutes. The rest of the five minutes were spent signing various online agreements.
And for all of that… $ 221.
I could’ve gone to my usual tax preparer for $ 70. DO NOT GO HERE! They will rip you off.
