I’m not sure lumping together reviews for this venue make sense.
This review is for an exercise class at the center, Turbo Kick.
It has potential… the instructor was hard to hear over the music. I also wish the music would stop at the end of each song so she could explain the moves. I’ve been to a Les Mills BodyCombat class, and the instructors take the time to discuss the moves (punches and kicks) so you can work on your form. Maybe that’s not common with Turbo Kick. I’m not sure if the instructor is also new, but I think she will gain more confidence with instruction over time.
The venue itself is no-frills…there is no locker room (which I didn’t know before going to the class), so I had to get dressed next to the sink. The classroom was adequate, but it would be better if it had a raised stage for the instructor – it’s fine if there are only ~10 students in the class, but this session was full.
Classes are $ 5 each (no commitment, which is nice if you want to try it out) or you can buy a punch card at a discounted rate.

We just went to see Richard III. It was a super event!
I love how they introduced you to the room as you arrive in the stage area. And how the characters invite you to dance with them and meet the king.
The actors were super. Wow, how in the world do they learn so many lines and with Shakespeare dialect? Great Job!
We will definitely have to go back.
