Outstanding service provided by John C at Grismer Tire today! Our Lexus SUV needed tired and brakes, so John walked me through a reasonable selection process with professionalism rarely shown in the auto world– my perception at least. He made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole day, truly treated me and my family like we were is only and best customer of the day– and trust me we weren’t! I’m totally comfortable recommending Grismer and John C to anyone shopping or in need of tires!!! Outstanding job today! Off the chart service!

Beware!!! Grismer Hilliard is dishonest. They do not accept their own coupons. The salesman lied about the price of service by changing the price. He would not give keys back without paying the higher price. We won’t be to grismer’s again. Spend your money elsewhere! Bad place.
