After questioning the price on a used jeep, the sales manager «jeff» said I should drive it «because at that price the engine could be blown or something else wrong with it». I proceeded to walk out and will be purchasing a new jeep at Jeff Wyler today, I’m sure the other dealerships appreciate your help.

I took a test drive and bought the same day, I felt a little pressured by the sales team but had done my research and figured I was getting what I wanted for the price.
In the first week I noticed a few things wrong with my car, one was that one of my four doors had neither a working power lock or window. I took the car back and they gave me a nice loaner while they fixed it at no charge.
After my 30 day grace period was up, I had a check engine light failure and went on a roundabout set of repairs totalling around $ 750. Fortunately I purchased the warranty which paid out over $ 1200 on repairs as well.
What bothers me isn’t that I had to get the car repaired the first or consecutive times, I expect that from buying used. What DOES bother me is that I was assured the car was inspected THOROUGHLY by their service department and was delivered to me in good working order.
Also, they sent my holders title to the wrong address, and only admitted they made a mistake after I insisted I did not receive it four times. I asked them to overnight the title so I could get my plates (temps expired same day I asked) but I received it three days later, so Icouldn’t drive (legally) while I waited.
You can get a good deal here, but make sure to get everything in writing, and just in case, get the extended warranty that is offered. They use the dan hatfield name, but they’re not related to the major hatfield dealership in cbus.
