Chuck Layne – State Farm Insurance Agent

I was just on the phone to go over the homeowner’s insurance with Valeri Daniel and she was extremely rude. She was cutting me in and when i was asking for questions that i didn’t quite understand, she answered in a very irritating/​cool voice. I asked for a detailed contractual term along with Quote, but she was kept repeating that she’ll give me the Quote, as if i did not understand what she was referring to. Quote doesn’t explain what is cover what is not in detailed. Also, when i called to ask for Valeri, the other lady answered a phone and told me that Valeri was out to lunch. So i asked her if she can help me with my homeowner’s insurance quote. She told me that «i don’t read Valeri’s emails so it’s better to have her call you back.» How unprofessional is that her response? Why is she telling me so sarcastically, «I don’t read her emails (?)»
i found this office staffs to be very unprofessional & unpleasant to do business with.
