Best appliance service company I’ve used. Several appliances over the past 10 years and always honest and reasonably priced. If it’s not broke, they don’t fix it. Excellent customer service. Made the mistake of calling someone else once. That’ll never happen again.

I definitely won’t be wasting my time calling Apex again. After successfully not fixing my washer, they failed to return my phone calls and stood me up for an appointment. Not to mention their appointment time choices are frustratingly vague (you can schedule them either «before 1» or «after 1», the latter apparently meaning any time as late as 7pm, but they have no actual idea when they’ll be there, if they show up at all). They follow an excellent business model for losing customers.

Apex had serviced our washer earlier this year. Showed up on time were prompt and professional; so when our washer broke down again we chose to call them again. They told us they could come the next day after one. My roommate and I had to work so we arranged for a friend to come over. At 6pm they still were not here so the friend left as he had waited all day long. Around 6:30 they called and said they were on their way but we had to reschedule. I didn’t know after one meant 6:30 pm and when I tried to narrow down a time frame «after one» was the best they could do. After trying to call them five times, leaving three voicemails and no returned calls we finally got ahold of them Monday and they couldn’t come out until Wednesday, again telling me «sometime in the afternoon» was the best they could do. We called Appliance Care and they came out two hours later, fixed the problem in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend going with them over Apex any day.

Horrible service. Apex stood me up three times, twice when I arranged for someone to be at my home all day because of my work schedule, once with me. They claimed communication errors and a no answer which were both cop outs and a lie. In all instances I was assured someone would be at my house late afternoon but if no one showed up then not to give up, the techs work until the jobs are done and that sometimes has them working well into the night. I figured that after waiting until midnight the three times I got stood up, they clearly weren’t interested in my business. Must be nice to be so successful you can pick and choose and disregard the rest. Apex claims to be a Christian company but standing people up? What kind of value is that? Never again. I called the maker of my refrigerator and a repair person was dispatched immediately and they felt so bad about the way I was treated by Apex they discounted my bill so something good came out of it.

Guy shows up in a station wagon no uniform and tattoos that looked jail like. I asked him to leave after he asked me how I was paying before looking at my machine. Go with a company that is professional not «fly by night». SCARY

Just had my Maytag Drier serviced today. The technician called this morning 15 minutes out. Professionally repaired the belt and roller wheels (were squeaking). Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service done. The technician who came out (Joshua) was very helpful.

Don’t bother calling this company, our dryer recently broke and it took 3 days get an appointment, on the day of the appointment we were called at 6:15pm that the technician would not be coming to look at our appliance, the next appointment available was not for 3 more days, when we asked for an earlier appointment the scheduler said she would call us back within 10 – 15 mins and never did. When I called the following day no one answered the phone until 9:45 am, when both their website and their answering machine claims they open at 7 am (and their voice mailbox was full). The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. If you want an appliance fixed don’t call this company they will never show up or answer their phone. We ended up calling a different company which was able to come service our dryer the same day and was very helpful.

Of course, two weeks before we’re due to move, everything starts breaking: the AC, the shower plumbing, and now, the oven. Typical :(Anyway, I called Apex on Monday to arrange an appointment. They couldn’t offer a same or next day appointment but that wasn’t a problem. They said they’d arrive after 1pm — the guy turned up at 1.10. Nice! Brooke took 5 minutes to find the problem, told me how much it would cost to fix it, and was done in 15 minutes. He was very friendly, professional and chatty. Recommended!
