Desert View Storage

For the most part, the main difference between storage places is price. Desert view not only had the best price, but had incredible service too.
We were in kind of a bind. We recently moved and had our camper at our old house but everything else moved into our new house. With renters moving in the next day, we had to get our camper out but had nowhere to take it. It was 6:45pm on a Thursday night, so I called Desert View in a last ditch effort.
Dave answered the phone cheerfully and I asked if it was Desert View Storage. He said it was, and I asked him what time they closed. He said they actually closed at 6 but that he lived there and asked what I needed help with. I explained our situation and he said, «Sure, come on down, I’ll draw up the paperwork and give you a code that lets you in late tonight».
True to his word, I headed down, he opened the office, did all the paperwork, took our partial month and first full month payment, and then set our gate code to work until 10pm (normally locks at 8pm). He didn’t have any smaller spots for us, but gave us a longer spot for the same price.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. He made sure to know to call him any time if we had issues, and that if he wasn’t available there were a couple other guys on site who could help. He is obviously a man of good character, enjoys what he does, and (knock on wood) has not had a single incident in his yard in 13 years. Highly recommend.
One note: they do NOT accept credit cards, payment is due on 1^st of the month, 10 day grace period, and they need 10 day notice to cancel (no refunds for partial months). Pretty common practice, just figured I’d include it so folks have it.
