Geoff Allen, Principal at altaCloud, has twenty years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems in the wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and retail vertical markets. His experience includes software implementation, functional design and logistical operations management consulting. He has worked with over 75 companies on both domestic and international projects.

Implementing ERP and CRM systems in a variety of verticals has given Geoff in depth knowledge of the specific processes and best practices that drive each company’s efficiencies. His specialties include order management, merchandising, marketing, procurement and supply chain management. While working with software companies, his responsibilities included project management, process discovery documentation, fit/​gap analysis, functional design and specification, testing and implementation of new process management.
