Wells Fargo Bank

I’m really disappointed with Wells Fargo. I’ve been using them for years and just recently everything I’ve asked them to do has either not been done or somehow glitched in their system causing my finances to be completely screwed up. A few months ago they detected fraudulent charges on my account for $ 300 after further investigation they found it was a bug in THEIR system. Ok I get that money back but thinking that my account was at risk they made me open a new account along with migrating everything I had linked to it for auto-​pay i.e. essential bills. After many weeks I found out that even after I requested them to close that old account my auto-​pay for my credit card was still linked to it and driving it into the red! Ok, so lets set up auto-​pay correctly this time with my active account. They tell me the auto-​pay should kick in by October for sure, fast-​forward to January and one of their bankers tells me that my credit card hasn’t been paid in months. WTF! I get a call saying that it was a «bug» in their system and they waved the fee’s but I’m still accountable for the missing months payments and the credit card has been closed sooooo. Great, thanks Wells Fargo. I will hope that it starts raining money because now my life is turned upside down because of YOUR mistakes.

This used to be one of my main branches as it was close to my former company. I like this branch because it’s quick in and quick out. Plus everyone in there is super helpful and friendly which is nice. An automatic greeting and «what can I assist you with today» does go a long way so that they can direct you to the right banker.

Their customer service is A+. The tellers recognize the customers by name and the branch managers usually pop their head out of their tiny, cramped office to say hello. Who would have thought that you’d receive such great customer service from a bank located inside a grocery store?! I go out of my way to come to this branch – keep up the good work!

I sometimes actually go out of my way to this Wells Fargo because of their excellent service. They actually treat you like a person and not just one more thing to do that day. Unlike the Wells Fargo at Southglenn (or should I say” THE SHOPS AT”) they don’t look through all your acounts and tell you that you need to sit down and talk to a banker about all the ways they can help you. I’m perfectly aware of my accounts and I really didn’t ask for your opinion on the matter so. anyways sorry I got a little off track there… I just meant to say that I like it when you can go get your business done and still have a few pleasant moments with another person without feeling like they’ve just looked through all your personal stuff!

As Meg D. flawlessly demonstrates, being rude toward other Unilocalers in your review is always endearing and speaks well of your character.
Once again, I’d like to compliment this location on NEVER pushing or suggesting ANYthing — EVER. In fact, of the various WF locations that I’ve dealt with a rep. (meaning I go inside and sit with someone), I’ve received complimentary follow up calls — where nothing was suggested or pushed. Just a call to make sure I was happy with my accounts.
I love this location because of the teller drive-​through service. Easiest access in all of Denver!
